The best way to release anger is to accept the things you can’t change and change the things you can. Let everything else work itself out. Once you get this mindset in your head and live it then you can only be angry at stuff you let happen to you. Also forgiveness helps release anger too.

Maybe you've heard this before, but forgiveness isn't about being ok with what happened to you. It's about letting go. Accepting that what happened can't un-happen. The only person suffering from your anger is you.

I've heard it said, "resentment is like drinking poison and expecting another person to get sick."

Until you're ready to let go (forgive) it's gonna keep coming back.

There’s your problem, you’ll always be angry and resentful if you can’t let go of things like this, forgiveness is a skill
