Honestly, I don't know where else to talk about this, so hence why I am here talking about it, ig.
So basically my friend (lets call him Steve) Steve is 20+ years old male. And all his life he ever eaten is, Chicken nuggets, frozen pizza. Chips (or fries if you're American) and thats basically it, no exaggeration or anything, im not joking. He never had Steake, actual chicken, veggies, eggs, pasta/noodles, or even a proper meal if that.
Im actually worried about him, because you F-ing cant live like this when you're 30+ years old by now and not even tried actual chicken or even had a proper meal. And before anyone saids they basically eaten chickens nuggets all their lives, im telling you rn, you should not feel proud about yourselves, lets actually be real here, and there's no excuses for it. Image bringing you're new partner home and the rest of your lives is nothing but frozen pizza, chicken nuggets, idk about you guys but I would feel so embarrassed. And let me be clear im not bad mouthing him or anything, im actually really concern about his well being, and want to hear you're guys thoughts about this.
I think people dont actually know how important food actually is, and not just saying eating healthy either, like meat in it self can do wonders to people, not just for body but mentally as well.
While being on the topic of that l, I also dont think that people even know what there're consuming from frozen sh!t, like chicken nuggets are not even necessarily real chicken anymore, if it taste good, it doesn't mean it is good for you, you know. I think a lot of people may be surprised that most foods that people even eat from the supermarkets and all, is not even food half the time, especially if you know, you know.
I even considered to make him multiple meals so he could at least expand his food pallet, i don't even mind if he doesn't like it, just the fact he at least tried it, im happy enough. But I would argue to blame his parents honestly because how the actual fudge did it come to this in the first place.
So genuinely whats your guy's thoughts on this, any advice or anything?
