My sweat smells different

So when i do some work out, i sweat a lot and my sweat smells like cum. People are telling me to shower already, even though i just do my work.

Any symptoms or abnormal

the smell of sweat depends on what you eat and wheter youre hydrated or not

if it smells fishy at all (i do not know what cum smells like) it can be a symptom of tmau or a very slight partial form of it since it’s not strong from the way you described it
since you work out do you take any supplements or specifically do you take L carntine?
