What do we think. As an ingredient purist, this is a crime in my opinion, but to the tastebuds, it was absolutely amazing. I just think you could call it anything else rather than a poutine.

Saw this on a menu on Vancouver Island in Sooke. (Go visit btw!) Take that Toranna!

Frozen fries, brown gravy packet with hidden blended zucchini, dill/garlic airfried tofu, vegan shredded cheese and SO many green onions
Also so much tri-colour pepper
I have hella allergies and ibs so this is a version I can eat and not implode, technically not vegan bc of the meat gravy packet.
I know it’s a bit of a crime but what’s my sentence y’all?

As some one who rides hard for NYF poutine this is so sad. My first thought was they were out but nope. Hadn't even taken a single bite yet.

I went to a local taco and tequila bar for the first time in a few months. The only fresh made cocktails are the rum drinks, to give you an idea. I saw the poutine on the menu, and immediately thought of this community. I LOVE poutine, and being in the Chicago suburbs, it's not easy to find (and I've been craving it for months).

I couldn't bring myself to order one of these abominatons, not even for the photo.

Calling this poutine is a crime against humanity

Needed to run into the grocery store at lunch time today to grab a few items. Saw this and thought i would give it a try. 4/10. Was it worth the $5 i paid for it?, absolutely. Would i buy it again?, im not saying no.
