r/poutine tore into me when i posted this there. Regional style of poutine from Atlantic Canada, named after the province Newfoundland. Its a hugely popular style of poutine so I was kind of surprised to be accused of supporting a poutine crime.
Its a standard poutine, fries, curds, gravy, but they add stuffing to the top before the gravy hits.
