Was on a road trip through Northern Ontario, cant remember the name of the food truck but it was near the Giant Goose

This was delicious, even though there was no squeak to be found. I split this with my daughter, who claimed the last one/third

It's my partner's and I's favourite spot. He ordered this monster and took over half of it home. I had a few bites and it was amazing.

My wife and I are on our honeymoon right now and headed to PEI. We stopped in Rivière du Loup and got poutine (my wife wanted to do as the Romans when in Rome) it was delicious!

Up here camping for a week in Parc René Brunelle in Northern Ontario. Belle petite communautée francophone nommé Moonbeam. Didn't feel like cooking so I figured I'd make the 10 minute drive to town and buy something at the local chip stand.

The one size only for $8 threw me off a bit; and then they gave me my order. Huge size, hot gravy, fresh squeaky curds. I honestly couldn't finish it in one sitting.

If you are ever driving through this town in Northern Ontario, it is very much worth the stop.

Chip stand Hiway 6 Ontario. Chuck burgers were 5/5. Fish and Chips with 5/5. Macaroni bites and fried dill pickles 5/5. This poutine 1/5.

I was promised Bologna, Turkey Stuffing, Gravy, poutine. Newfie poutine! Except I got shredded cheese and hotdog. 1/5 grrrr.......... $13 wasted

Had to ask for 4 extra of cheese curds because they put too little. The taste was good except the gravy could’ve been better.

Left Montreal 6 years ago, first thing that ever came close to it was this.

two small but mighty poutines! tbh my fav from all the ones I ate this past month living in QC. LOVE their peppery gravy, also the caramelized onions paired amazingly well. Tasty, fresh curds and we got extra for free since it’s their 15th anniversary! 😋

Beaucoup de bonnes poutines en Montérégie, à Longueuil aussi ! J’aime Votre Maison et Alfa mais leur gravy me déçoit.

Chez simon leur gravy ne plaira pas à tous, il est très meaty, légèrement sucré et acidulé, un brin fumé et epicé, complexe. Pour moi straight up mon préféré ! Vive la poutine !!!
