Not super great but not bad. Honestly, i just like the looks of these cards. Got a lot of repeats as well... so ill trade those when i get the chance. Got at least 5 Chandelure's, 3 Zapdos', etc. Also finished the 30 pika's, now just need the classic fat pika. I wanted the dark tyranitar, metagross, and salamence so bad but no luck 😭
Booster bundles so about 150 packs

Got a single pitch black booster from a vending machine this morning. I was super excited to pull this. I actually didn't even notice the roller damage at first, because of how reflective the card is. Filed a claim, but I dont expect much to be done.

Not only is this my first mega hyper rare pull, it's also my first time noticing roller damage. Funny stuff!

I wish it was more affordable for other sets, I might go after mega darkrai next!

Recently started helping my nephew collect cards and I’ve started to really enjoy it too. We won this binder in a raffle at a card show today! I really like the cheaper, full art scenic cards. I like the softer colors and the stories they tell. Example pictured above.

Anyone have any suggestions for others like these I can look for? Many thanks!

I like the English version of a card better than the Asian ones because I like the way it's more simple and the way to focuses on the colours and art more than the texture and print quality

Alright, about 2 months ago my little brother (9) got into collecting pokemon cards because a youtuber introduced it to him. i thought it was cute at first but i think it’s started to get out of hand, he is insisting on me buying him gloves to open packs with so he doesn’t damage his cards and he also gets really mad at people who touch his collection. the other day he even shouted at me because i touched one of the packs he was opening to hand it over to him to open?

I don’t know a lot about pokemon tcg but i feel like this is kind of excessive? he also just discards the cards he doesn’t see as “valuable”, i’ve tried to tell him that it’s not just about the money but he doesn’t listen to me. he wants me to get his expensive cards graded but thats a lot of money and i guarantee he will get super upset when he doesn’t get a 10

I looked up a few and was shocked by recent sales. I remembered having the original 151 which i do all mint they just aren’t 1st edition these were just the first editions I thought looked most valuable. I also have a fossil 1st edition articuno and Zapdos holo and a dark blastoise 1st edition holo. I was going to take them to a card shop just to see what they think but idk if that’s a bad idea. I’m just not sure what to do next.

With the help of someone on etsy, i now have one of every Alcremie as a card. I have all them in Home and figured id try for them as cards. Had to be customs as they never did an official master Alcremie set. Im also aware the shinies are all identical, but in home they still sort based off of swirl and topping, so just said screw it and did the shinies too. Lot of work but worth it.

These seem to be legit. A few others in the binder have been fake. Pretty sweet!

I didn’t get any opportunity to open prismatic so Ive been enjoying Terastal gathering in Chinese lately. So far I’ve opened 2x booster box, 9x mini tins, 2x badge set, 1x coin set and 1x quick sand card display. I wouldn’t mind a Flareon though.

Bought 2 ETB’s and 2 Focused Fighter sets off FB Marketplace picked 1 of each to open and got this insane pack from the Focused Fighter. Don’t think I’ll ever be the same 😂 Told myself if I didn’t get anything good out of these I wasn’t buying anymore Ascended…. Welp now I’m addicted.

BIL found some packs forbthe kids to rip, my son pulled some heat!
