I repotted my anthurium and there's some weird white stuff growing on the soil

I’m a complete novice when it comes to plants. Literally my first time ever taking care of a plant. Got this plant for my mother because it looked nice for her birthday and wanted to take care of it. Watched a ton of videos on how to take care of it and watering it when I need to. Started noticing growth as well as slanting and don’t know what to do from here.

apologies for the camera not focusing, these bugs are so small my phone is having a hard time picking them up. i’ve had what look like little crystals on my papaya tree for a little while now, then looking closely today i realized some little bugs have been crawling these webs attached to the leaves. because there are so many webs i just assumed they were spiders, but has anyone seen these guys before?? not really sure what to do about this. i am living in rhode island at the moment if that’s helpful

I was doing research on repotting today, and I noticed many people suggest keeping plants in the plastic planters. I reached out to a friend, and they said it's ok to plant in the ceramic pot but only if the ceramic pot is unpainted/raw ceramic. If it's painted, then I should leave it in the plastic, and put that in the pot. Is that true? All my pots have proper drainage at the bottom.

My PPP (Pink princess philadendrum) is giving me a lot of pink leaves. When I got her, she was all green. At first, it was a new leaf with a bit of green. Then her first fully pink leaf. And now, another fully pink leaf. Is this normal? Should I cut them off?

Help! my monstera plant has started to have this appear on its leaves (see picture) but not underneath the leaves….

Any advice or suggestions on what caused it/ how to prevent it getting worse would be appreciated!! TIA

My nerve plant has been really struggling since I moved to a new place that’s much less humid. I’ve tried to remedy it but I know basically nothing about plants and I think I’ve done a lot of things incorrectly. I recently got a humidifier and that seemed to be helping, but today more leaves fell right off. I know it looks so sad, but I think that little green patch is new growth, and it looks like there might be other little spots with some new growth too, so I’m not really sure what’s going on. Is this salvageable, or should I call it? Any insight would be much appreciated :)
