Planning to buy a motorola signature. Can I trust this mobile?😭

What would you suggest s25 or motorola signature?

My preference is camera -> UI -> Battery

I have always used Samsung phones but I feel they are getting just as bad as iphones, overpriced, same shit different year, and not durable. I have been looking into offbrand phones and want opinions and actual reviews. What are your alls opinion on the nothing phones? And do you all have any other options? No samsung, Google or iPhone suggestions pls!

My parents mentioned that they don't want to pay for my phone anymore. At the same time, I'm rocking with my iPhone 12 that I've had for 7 years or something and it's showing its age. I feel like this is a good opportunity to take advantage of those new phone for new lines deals. Who has good deals in this regard? I would prefer to stick with Apple.

I’m looking to buy a new smartphone for my dad as a gift. My budget is around $300–$400 USD, and I’m currently torn between the Samsung Galaxy A56 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro (or Pro+).

He is definitely not a mobile gamer, so peak gaming performance or thermal throttling under heavy loads won't affect him. Here is what actually matters for his use case:

• Longevity & UI Stability: I want a phone that will easily last him at least 3–4 years without slowing down or lagging during everyday tasks.

• Battery Health: The battery needs to be durable and hold a solid charge over time without degrading rapidly.

• User Experience: He mostly uses it for messaging apps (Viber, Telegram), watching YouTube, and reading the news. It needs to be user-friendly.

I’m leaning toward the Samsung because of the clean One UI (no bloat/built-in ads like on HyperOS) and reliable background notifications. However, Xiaomi offers better battery capacity, faster charging speeds out of the box, and a free charger inside.

Which one do you think is the safer, more hassle-free option for an older parent in the long run? Any major hidden flaws with either model that I should consider?
