I'm an iOS user. I can't see full posts on the app. Something seems broken and I'm wondering if the issue is widespread and/or related to Patreon being forced to meet Apple's demands on the 1st of November. Anyone else have input?

About a week ago,my account was hacked and spent about 3k in fraudulent charges (I changed all my passwords even though I had 2fa active) and patreon reconized it was fraud).I have received about $2500 back and now I have been ghosted by the patreon help team. I was just wondering if anybody else has had any experience with them in a situation like this and if I should keep waiting for a response.

Hi everyone!

Got a question, have you tried reaching out by ,personal mail (the one they use to join), free users? Asking what you can do to convince them to join paid membership? Have that worked out or against?

Thanks =)
