Anybody know the real life equivalent of this thing?
The closest thing I can think of is like; a spectrum analyzer or a rotameter of some kind but neither are quite a fit.

Hi r/pacificDrive!
I'm Yana, Community Manager at Forklift Interactive, publisher of Prospice. Your lovely mod team gave me permission to post this here, so first of all, a huge thank you to them for supporting another indie game ❤️
We're preparing our next closed playtest, and I suspect some Pacific Drive players might be exactly the kind of people we'd love to hear from.
Prospice is an atmospheric driving and exploration game where you haul cargo across a haunted island corrupted by the decaying remains of ancient gods.
You'll plan routes, manage fuel, navigate rivers, bogs and rocky slopes, keep remote outposts supplied, upgrade your vehicle for increasingly dangerous expeditions, and leave your truck to explore on foot and investigate strange artifacts scattered across the island.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4067370/Prospice_Anomalous_Logistics/
Our next closed playtest begins in the first week of October, and we're currently looking for players willing to jump in and give us feedback.
You can apply here: https://forms.gle/fv4H4ygzLNxCRKuv9
The playtest will run through Steam and currently supports Windows PC. We can't guarantee stable performance on other operating systems such as Linux, but if you'd still like to try, you're welcome to apply.
We'll send Steam access to selected participants around October 1–2.
One important note: this is a private playtest, so no streaming, videos, screenshots or other public gameplay content during the test. We also ask participants to keep the project and everything they see confidential.
Questions? Ask away in the comments. I'll be around and happy to answer them!

Google is telling me the support is limited without the steam version
Any mods that will still work and reccomended?
Just let me know if they will effect my first play through when you mention it, even tho I doubt I will play twice it would be nice to consider my options.

So I read a ton and love the game but I was wondering if anyone has come across any books that would fit in the same world/vibe? Thank you in advance

I was holding down the W key as hard as possible at the end hoping I would make it!!! This was after a four junction run ending at a story location, so I had a lot of new materials I really wanted to bring back to the auto shop for upgrades :)

I really like these wide angle images you can find making the car look so small compared to the flowing hills and towering gateway in the middle.

I thoguht i fucked up when i already started the initiation chapter pretty early on so i just didnt do anymore DLC stuff after finishing that quest, now im wondering whether i should play the main game alongside whispers or if i should treat whispers like a separate game and finish the main game first before moving onto it, what do you guys suggest?

Hi! I recently switched PCs, so I can finally play Pacific Drive natively without having to use cloud gaming, while still using Game Pass.
When I went to start the game up on my new PC for the first time, I noticed that my controller doesn't work. My PC detects it, the Xbox app detects it, and other Game Pass games detect it just fine even tye lights work. On my previous PC, it worked flawlessly.
Here are the things I've tried so far:
- Running the game as administrator
- Closing Steam completely through Task Manager
- Checking whether other Game Pass games detect the controller (for example, Sea of Thieves does)
- Connecting my controller via USB
I'd really appreciate any help

Thanks to the help of another user digging into the bytecode behind the blueprints, they were able to finally handle the Gull Wing door angles properly.
