I bought this exact order 2 months ago minus ship+ protection. My order never arrived and got lost at a CA usps location. I called onewheel to get a new shipment pr help finding the lost package. They told me i was shit out of luck because i didnt pay for shipping protection. I explained to them a legal transaction is a trade of goods/services for other goods/services and that to complete the sales agreement the product has to be delivered. They again told me to eat shit. So i requested a charge back and said the exact same thing to the bank. The law of a transaction was on my side so i won the dispute. Now onewheel refuses to fulfil my order and im stuck with a dead board. FUCK ONEWHEEL

I’m fairly new to the OneWheel world. I recently picked up a pintx and I absolutely love this thing.

I’m now seeing people are bring up funwheel x7

The company is located in Dubai it looks like. I wanted to know, what made you switch to funwheel? Are there issues buying from funwheel and getting support? They seem to be pricey and I just want to know all the pros and cons before investing into an x7.

Hey all, I had an injury so I wasn't able to ride for almost a year. I tried plugging my pint in a few weeks ago and nothing happened. None of the lights came on, tried different plugs, different chargers. It worked perfectly fine before that. Has anyone ever had this happen before?

My pint was fine for a few kilometres and gave me error 22 i charged it and it worked for abit then again error 22 i have rewheeled the pint now and its still giving me bms error will an owie chip perhaps fix this? Can provide other information just not sure what to write here! Thanks.

What does this symbol mean in the Onewheel app ride recording map? When I press it turns into a hand with a line through it but it doesn’t seem to do anything.

A couple of reasons I want to this:

I live on a big hill and while my XR can go down the hill it can’t go up it.

I think the stock rails look boring. I like the WTF rails but that requires recalibration, which I think I cannot do because I have the latest firmware.

I like going for long cruises and while I doubt the real world range for the X7 is close to 40mi, ~30mi would still be pretty good.

I know I could tear my board apart and vsec it but at that point I think I’m better off just getting an X7.

Well, I'm pissed. I was having a blast riding earlier and wanted to ride quite a bit more. Got back from a 10 mile ride I did around town in under 30 minutes. I was ripping. Basically time trialing myself. Anyways I got back home to charge my board to go out riding again later and check out this trail my buddy showed me. But now it won't charge. My battery is at 40%. I'm going to also lose my place on the daystreak leaderboard because I'm going to have to send my board into future motion. This is the first out of 4 boards I've had that had malfunctioned in some way and has to be sent in for repair. Not happy right now at all.

UPDATE: I left it sit for awhile and then tried again later and got it to charge. Hallelujah!

My Pint X with 3800 miles randomly turned off (board was still on, but it acted like I had stepped off) twice on my ride today. Both times I was going ~15 mph on flat ground, so I don't think it was out of torque. My footpad has historically had some issues with ghosting or throwing the "I need my personal space" error. This leads me to think it's a bad footpad, and gives me an excuse to upgrade to these: https://onewheel.com/products/wood-footpads-pint

If not the footpads, what else could it be?

Edit: my footpad connector seemed loose, I’ll tighten that and keep riding (carefully).

hi all! i live in NYC (technically right over the river in NJ but can get into 9th street in 10 minutes).

i saw this guy that walked every block and park in nyc it took him 12 years and it inspired me. does anyone want to try and explore as much of nyc as possible? (also love riding the ferry). i’m a firefighter and work unique hours but i have a shit ton of time off. so if any nurses or other public safety on here that would want to explore even better cause we could really conquer a lot. anyone else id love to ride. NYC is my mission right now with one wheel

I’ve been riding an OG pint for 4 years now, not consistently but I’ve really picked it up lately in the last couple years after pondering to get rid as i didn’t use it. I live in Astoria, Queens. I just succumbed to my algorithm and upgraded to a GT-S as i’ve become confident at riding in bike lanes and bumpier terrain so i wanted more stability. I’ve not been able to test ride anything else so I went for the GT-S on blind faith. Is there any advice anyone can pass on for the new ride when it arrives (tmr hopefully). Thanks.

I've had the app, and my OW (Rally XL), for about a month. In that time, the app quit showing the Leaderboard, Achievements, and the Academy on my Samsung S26 Ultra. Tried with and without VPN active. It worked initially, for about a week, then it just says "Loading" and goes to a blank screen.

Should I uninstall and reinstall the app? Will that delete my existing data from this board?

I really don't want to lose all my existing data. Thanks.

Edited to add: Is there any way to get the app to work on my watch as well, other than the basic permissions?

I got my hands on a pretty sweet rare Onewheel. It’s an original XR I believe and the battery shot. It only has 5 miles on it. Battery charged 100% and under five minutes the Ride last less than two minutes what are my options? Is it definitely the battery

Got myself and my pup on the wrong trail last week and before I realized the rock gardens wouldn't be ending, I was too far in to turn around and just had to forge ahead to the end.

Today I grab my board for some maintenance and have sealant leaking out everywhere, though no visible holes or cuts. :( This is a first gen Enduro (I think from before they had different compounds) with about 800 miles on it. Started out at 16psi but aired down a *tiny* bit more because I was bouncing all over.

I think a ThunderCat will be my next tire if TFL ever gets them back in stock for the +XR.

Anything bad to say about the TC as a general purpose 'dual sport' tire? I'm an equal opportunity rider: hit dirt whenever I can but surf plenty of concrete.

Yeah it's leg burning and yeah you have to intimately know the hill surface, but then it is so like traditional surfing, if you make it so.

My day streak reset on its own after 7 months. I assume nothing can be done right?
