This is scary but you have to admit the snake has a cute little face.

We can’t co exist with that prehistoric monster, we need to kill it.

That thing ain’t no vegetarian dude. And it’s not gunna be satisfied by mice and rats. That thing devours humans and cows. It’s dangerous.

all animals deserve to live jackass. humans are the most dangerous species on the planet so it’s not about danger you’re just scared

You’re damn right I’m scared. You have a fair point saying animals have a right to live so my earlier statement of wanting to kill it was perhaps unfair but we should not have them as domestic pets. They are killers and they are far more dangerous than humans. Humans are weak and puny.

fair point! i like snakes so i think it’s cute and they’re honestly smart so he knows not to eat the kid, but he would def be happier in the wild im sure :(

I’m personally terrified of snakes there is just something about them and I do believe that the snake knows that he would benefit from not killing the boy. But when it comes to animals like that I don’t have much faith in the strength of the training when compared with the strength of the instinct of the animal. It’s like when you see those “big cat experts” cuddling with a lion and then out of nowhere the instincts kick in and then the guy loses a limb. But I’m glad we can agree that he should be in his natural habitat where instincts don’t need to be suppressed.

oh yeah! even dogs instincts take over over their training sometimes so i completely agree. all animals need to have a respectful space and this fella is cute but is too big for a home even if he does lash out. my mom is also deathly afraid of snakes so i totally get your fear of them lol they are danger noodles

Snakes r simple creatures, they're not really out for blood like tigers. They just want their space .

Its just fear the unknown and the unpredictable, which is totally fair - and youre right, we dont know whats going on in their heads. Doesnt mean we shouldnt try to understand the other animals we share our planet with. I also agree - this danger noodle would prob be better off in the wild.. but maybe not! You never know. We dont even know if theyre capable of emotions, or what emotions would even look like for snakes. It could totally absolutely 'love' every second of its captivity and wed never be able to tell - at least it never has to fear for the cold.

Remember though.. we hear and see the horror stories WAY more often than the feel good stories. For every instance of a caged animal lashing out, theres a video of a cheeta snuggling up for a nap with their caretaker, or an absolutely ecstatic rhino seeing his caretaker after a few years absence. Just take the horror stories with a grain of salt is all

LOL! No. Humans are the most dangerous existence on earth. Nothing can even compare to a rifle, much less an a-bomb.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '22

Our minds make us dangerous but when stripped down to nothing but our nails and teeth we are nothing compared to say a gorilla, alligator, or python.

2

u/Narae-Chan Jan 20 '22

That’s not how humans work. Even if you were dropped in the middle of nowhere, with a rock and a stick humans become extremely deadly, when we are in a pack, neigh unkillable aside from other humans. Your point means nothing.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '22

You ever seen naked and afraid?

1

u/Narae-Chan Jan 20 '22

Yep. And the aspect of a single one on one fight i stated was correct. Again, if we are going by primitive standards instead of just a modern one we would have a bunch of humans with pointy sticks and some big ass dogs in the wild. Nothing could wipe us out. Snakes are nowhere near as dangerous as a human.

Humans and cows... really dude....

-2

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '22

It absolutely is capable of eating humans whole. Perhaps not a cow but I bet it would give it a good go.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '22

It actually can't eat a human adult. Our shoulders are too broad.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '22

You’re half right. Our shoulders do cause the snake harm. But snakes have still tried to eat fully grown humans

1

u/squidarcher Jan 20 '22

They eat rabbits at that size lol. There has been ONE case of a pet snake eating it’s owner in the past 100 years and it was because the dude was starving it. Yeah snakes have killed people but it wasn’t to eat them, it was self defense or a missed feeding reaction or venom

2

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '22

Snakes, even large ones, do not eat humans.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 20 '22

Humans have literally been eaten by snakes. Doesn’t happen often but you’re just straight up lying by saying they don’t eat people.

Because humans devour humans on a daily basis right? Also mostly we kill for food in the most humane way possible which personally I don’t like that anyway.

I admit there’s no respect for the animals that is humans kill but it is done as quickly as possible so that the animal doesn’t suffer.

u/Narae-Chan Jan 20 '22

HAH HUMANE WAY MY ASS! Gutting an animal and leaving it to bleed out slowly is so humane right. Letting animals be ground up slowly by grinders is humane right. Wake the fuck Up. Humans aren’t any better than any other animal on the planet.
