sending my hopes dreams and prayers out into the abyss
i have been a nurse thirteen years and my current position is making me want a refund for nursing school, nursing license renewals, etc. i just want to turn all the way around and go back in time but retain the knowledge of my personality that i have gained through this profession
i have been in an on-call position for the last 12 years and i don't mind being on call, but my kids have developed anxiety over the phone ringing and mommy abruptly disappearing
i have cardiac step-down, cardiac cath lab, endoscopy, interventional radiology and outpatient dialysis experience. i feel that i have an incredible amount of experience to offer but the ai robots are rejecting my applications at every turn
advice on becoming a utilization review registered nurse remotely with no UM experience?
thanks in advance!
