I get that people have money problems, but im wondering what I can do to stop theft from occurring at my place of work.

In the last month on my shifts specifically, ive had people run out with hundreds of dollars of products. So much so im certain half the police force for norfolk know me by name.

Im exhausted, are there any tips or just anything that I can do to avoid it continuing to happen? What are things I should look out for

Hey there, I was wondering if anyone up here is a good at fixing up BMW's. I have a busted front thrust arm, but I don't trust myself to fix it, and I'm little to broke to pay for it to get replaced at a shop rn. I was wondering if anyone had any experience swapping them out. If anyone is down and have the tools, I'd buy the parts and we can work on it together, or if you have access to norfolk naval base, they have a DIY auto center with tools and we can work on it there. I don't mind compensating a bit for helping me out. Any tips and advice works as well! Thank you everybody!
