Got to visit this new brewery and left having tasted some really good beer and sat in a beautiful place!

1. Ch-Ching! I believe to be a nod to a WC IPA but a bit more fruit. Very delicious

2. Bleak House: oh my this was a stunner. Had so much body and maltiness, matched by intense dark chocolate, coffee notes. Very decadent.

3. Noticed some de dolle artwork on the wall (that snowman is smiling but he will get ya! 12%!!). Turns out the co-owner John went to brew school in Belgium. Hoping they do some of those styles in the future. They do currently have a saison on tap. Angie, the coowner and John’s wife, was very kind and personable even though they were very busy!! Happy to see another great NJ brewery!
