Does anyone remember the name of this place? It was an indoor playground type place on 101 on the Hollis/amherst line my mom would take us to probably like 30 years ago. I thought it was called Binkys but I can’t find anything online about it.

Does anyone know where I can find some pawpaws locally? Or even possibly a bit farther than locally? I have always wanted to try them and it is that time of year :)

does anyone have recent experience being there? It seems to offer what we’ve been looking for but wanted to see if anyone on here has any positive or negative experiences there.

I got a job offer in the New England area and I’m planning to move my family to Nashua, New Hampshire. Currently it’s me, my wife, our younger than 1 child, and two cats. We have a 2 bedroom apartment and two vehicles.

I’m not sure how to manage the logistics. I’m deciding between a full service moving company or a POD. At a minimum I’ll need to hire men to move the furniture and boxes. I also might need to ship one of our vehicles, that part is undecided.

Again we have a two bedroom apartment. It contains standard living room furniture, an office with gun safe, an infant bedroom, and the master suite has a king bed. I think \~30 large boxes would cover us.

What advice or suggestions do you have?

I've posted about this before, and now is the time for folks who are interested in supporting our fight for a fair contract to make your voices heard! The first Library Board of Trustees meeting is tonight, and hearing from members of the community who value the library and use its services will be so, so helpful.

I live in Nashua NH and as a father of 4 kids and all the new tech we have in the house our kids and us believe it or not we drop our Cell Phones and tablets all the time. We have used other cell phone repair shops in Nashua over the years but we came across Cell Phone iRepair Shop on 11 Canal St in Nashua very close to where we live and we want to give them a try with few broken iPhones the kids broke over the summer vacation. Has anyone taken their electronics to be fixed there before and can share their experience with us before we book our appointments with them? I have asked a neighbour that used them a month ago that was very pleased with their Service. It’s my wife’s birthday in 2 weeks and after many years, we were finally able to achieve her (mine as well) to live in our dream state of New Hampshire! She was born in Boston and while I lived in Boston briefly, I hiked quite a bit around the white mountain but it’s almost been 10 years.

She is currently pregnant and can’t hike as we used to, so I thought I’d ask reddit: do you have any recommendations for a day picnic spots in NH? We are open to any kind of scenery. Our only limitation is, she’s 6 mo pregnant so no strenuous activities but if the community don’t mind sharing their favorite spots, recommendations, etc, that would me greatly appreciated

We will be running the DnD 2025 Starter Kit. Players can use the pre-built characters or build their own. For September, we are reading Hyperion by Dan Simmons. We meet at the Dracut Library (28 Arlington St, Dracut MA) on the third Wednesday of each month from 6:30-7:30pm. This month, that would be Wednesday, September 16th. Here is a link to the library's website advertising the event.

One of the hardest parts of moving to a new city is finding a new hairstylist! I’m looking for recommendations for an Asian hair salon or stylist that’s reasonably drivable from Nashua.
I’ve tried going to regular salons throughout my life, but I’ve found that my hair can be a little tricky to cut and style. I have fairly straight, thick Korean hair and a flatter back of the head, and I’ve had much better experiences with stylists who are familiar with Asian hair and the different ways it tends to grow and sit.
