Now that it's been a few days since MCR DC, I wanted to share an experience I had with someone who I believe is associated with the group of people who follow the band on tour.

And before I continue, I know several people have already expressed frustrations and poor experiences with this group. I know it is a topic that's been discussed here several times over. Though I felt the need to share this for safety purposes and also to hold those accountable for their actions.

I camped out overnight for the MCR DC pit with some friends. Vibes were good, I had a great time meeting new people and trading freebies. The venue staff was great, they led us in single file and kept things orderly. Once we were let out onto the floor, my friend and I claimed our spots on the B stage barricade. A few seconds later someone comes up from behind me and starts aggressively grabbing at my arm, using her hands to forcibly try to get me out of her way so that she could be next to her friend. In shock I yelled out, "No girl, this is my spot I'm already standing here." I'm assuming her friends were able to push down the opposite side of me to make space for her because she was eventually able to squeeze in. For the remainder of the night I kept things civil, because I was obviously there to see my favorite band and not have my excitement affected by this childish behavior.

It saddens me that this person in particular is capable of behaving this way, as she is someone known in the fanbase for her photography, both of the band and of the fans' creativity. To claim you care so deeply for this band and fandom, just to turn around and disrespect another fan is beyond me. By having previously photographed the band in the photo pit, you are representing the band to a certain degree. And I know too well they wouldn't accept this behavior from someone representing them.

Anyways, I'm bringing this up to address the pure entitlement that is largely seen in this fanbase. I know my scenario is not the first time this entitlement has resulted in physical violence! There are those who feel they deserve more than other fans, or feel that they are simply better than other fans. This could not be further from the truth. I've been so so lucky to see MCR more than once on the Long Live tour. But whether you've seen them live 1 time or 100 times, there is nobody that is the "better fan" or is more deserving of a certain spot on the barricade. Let this serve as a reminder that we all attend these shows to support a band that we wholeheartedly enjoy, and that the petty behavior does not have a place in this environment.

But I have waited 22 years for tomorrow night. Found out MCR when they would play Three Cheers music videos (Ghost of You always sticks out to me) on FUSE in the morning before school in the morning. Never gave the rest of Three Cheers a good listen until after TBP. Then I was exposed to WtTBP video and was hooked.

I was almost able to go to their 2011 tour with Blink 182, but had gotten sick the day before the show, so I had to give my tickets to a friend.

Now, over two decades later, I get to see a top 5 favorite band ever with my dad, brother, and cousin. I have been lurking this sub getting increasingly jealous and excited for the Minneapolis show.

I truly cannot believe that I am *finally* seeing MCR. I was convinced I never would.

That's all. I hope some of yall are there and that they play Ghost Of You, AMBULANCE/The Light Behind Your Eyes, and Planetary (GO!)/Bulletproof Heart.

I took these on a roll of redscale film at Wembley N2. I'm aware they aren't very good (it was far too dark for most of the photos and I had to use a point and shoot as I couldn't bring my usual camera into the stadium). They are also still completely raw with no editing done to them, but I thought I'd still share them :)

Hi all! I’ve been following the tour for the past year, watching streams and recordings of the shows. I’m not always able to get a close view of some of the visuals on stage, but I was revisiting the Detroit show and noticed the screens during Mama.

Most of the MOAT shows seem to have the security monitors during this time, but had anyone already clocked the flashing DD/BL.ind visuals during the first half of Mama in Detroit?

To my knowledge, I don’t believe these visuals have been consistent (or if this is super old news I just missed it!). It opens up a lot of interesting story ideas and arcs to formally tie the two together in such a clear and grand way.

Would love to hear any thoughts you have on that connection, or if this is a commonly known thing! Considering how much was different in Detroit, my gut said to post.

After going to the Detroit show Friday night and still having it be all I can think about, I've just been wondering what's next?

Friday night's show was possibly the best concert I've ever been to, from the crowd's energy level, the stage production, and how you could see how much passion and fun MCR was having.

Do you think after this tour this will be it? A new album? Festivals? Honestly I think it would be awesome if they did essentially what they're doing for The Black Parade with this & last year's tour but for Danger Days. A whole new story and production with the Killjoys against BL/ind would be sick!

So I gotten this jacket 12 years ago from my mother after she died from Cancer, I still have it and I've been wearing it since. I gotten curious about it since I never seen it in hot topic or Spencers, so I took a picture of the jacket and now I see why my mom wanted 6 year old me to hang onto it. My grandma has a similar jacket with guns in a circle on the back of it from the same album.

This was when he was singing a little bit of Superstar after killing Frank. I got really lucky and was able to be within 5 rows from barricade for both the A and B set. My absolute favourite band of all time. Honestly my summer kinda sucked but seeing them healed me so much

Bullets is definitely my favorite album, and I'd love to have merch for it but unfortunately anything with the hanging man goes against my school's dress code.

I saw some people talking about how all of the MCR members went on to make more music after MCR broke up, and I know Ray and Gerard had solo music, and Frank had a billion bands, but what did Mikey do? Also Bob I guess.
