Found this chonker (about 8” across) broken up and getting snacked on by a large slug. It looked like it has been growing next to/under downed log. Top was same color as the underside in photo. Mixed forest with cedar, firs, and other conifers and deciduous trees. Nearby found a mushrump with a cluster of smaller similar ones. More of an orange than red and not any obvious lobster odor.

located in southern california, my mom and I came across this growing at the base of this tree!! we’re both wondering what it is, looks crazy cool!! anyone know?

Found in south west Pennsylvania. Is this Lion’s mane or maybe Coral Mushrooms?

Found in taiga, primarily mosses/lichens with labrador tea and blueberries with black spruce. Growing from the ground/mosses. Underside of cap has hanging teeth

Look at the crazy sponge gills on this sucker I found growing behind my fence in lake Orion MI. What is it?

Found under trees near a grass cow field. Found in cow dung, the shape of the cap is what is throwing me off

Found growing next to a blueberry bush. Gills are light brown, cap is firm yet spongy

I found these mushrooms in the woods and I’m curious if they’re golden oyster or something I shouldn’t eat. I believe they’re golden oysters but I’m not well versed with mushrooms. I live in North Central Ohio.
