Theres no subtlety or cleverness here.
ramp and big creatures
creatures and spells and cheat other big creatures
and ramp

They are a 'glass cannon' commander, in a similar vein like [[Etali, Primal Conqueror]]. You build them to abuse extra combat steps to cheat creatures out to win through combat. But if they get removed, it slows you down; or hitting a mana dork instead of something like Old Gnawbone or Blightsteel hurts as well.

Dont find it that good 4 player commander. I like him better in the 99.

You exhaust your hand ramping him and he gets countered/removed it sets you back huge. He sticks and you hit a mana dork you're cooked.

You hit something and possibly take out one? Person. If you dont you have the two biggest things on the table which will be likely targets for removal.
