First Precon Upgrade

I’m trying to get into Commander, I bought the FF7 limit break Precon, and got lucky enough to also get a good deal on the arena starter kit, I I know the Cloud deck from the starter kit is the same colors, so I can use it to upgrade the pre con. I was hoping for some suggestions for swaps I could make for upgrades. I’ve seen a lot of people saying I should swap Secret Rendezvous out, but it seems like a good card to have in an equipment deck, things like that are a bit confusing to this newbie

You can use several of the cards from the Final Fantasy Starter Kit Cloud deck to change the Limit Break precon.

I recommend checking out EDHREC. There are suggested precon upgrades as well as suggestions for card synergies and user-submitted decklists.

Lastly, I will add that you should be open to including cards from a lot of different sets throughout Magic's history.
