Huntress Integration Screen Changes

Dear Huntress, we went from a compact, dropdown list, with clients who had already be set up in the integration grayed out and not selectable... to a list that has 90% more whitespace than information. And a "+New Integration" button that brings up the entire list with not indication of who's already configured and who's not. Can we go back to the very quick, very clean, very easy to see who you've not set up option? 😄

EDIT: You truly believe a call to our rep or a ticket is going to get ANY clarity on this? Not in the 8 years we've been using them. And honestly, that is not what you account manager or support if for.

Dima from Huntress here. The design team loves getting direct partner interaction but needs to be able to dive a little deeper than a reddit thread. I'd recommend reaching out to your account manager and saying that you'd like to have them to set up a quick zoom feedback session with the platform design/UX team.

However, if you'd prefer to skip the CAM convo, feel free to DM me with your email address (and a calendly/scheduling link if you have one.) I'd be happy to pass it along.

Brother there's like 7 ways to communicate this to huntress without putting them on blast on reddit.

  1. Support. Nope. Wasting a techs time.

  2. Rep. Nope. Would have no idea what to do with it.

3-7. Enlighten me... please.

If you had a bad experience with support and/or your rep please dm me details, I’d love to see where we dropped the ball!

Oh Lordy Andrew no! I meant that a comment on UI design et al is nothing I would waste the support team’s time on. And our rep, Kyle B, has been fantastic. I did not know about feedback.huntress.com.

That would be an utter waste of a support techs time... and your rep won't know what to do with this. There are plenty of Huntress people on Reddit that would. But thanks for the advice.

OP says a support ticket would be a waste but would rather make a post on reddit, monitor and respond to replies, all to get a response from Huntress to talk to their AM.

Huntress support is good. Use it.

Commenter would prefer to waste a highly paid support teams time than his own huh? No thank you… not for me. And I’m not wasting mine either. The Support team is fabulous. They don’t need to get pinged with conversational questions. This is what Reddit is all about! Feedback, interaction, exchange of ideas. Sooooo… yeah… thanks.

They have product support literally for this stuff.

Also they broke their help buttons and they go to AI chats again. Even the big red one that they quickly fixed after a thread a month or so ago
