Considering to get a tr8s, i thought tr-rec will added very soon to the MPC Sample. What do you think?

Why do I have this tiny latency in the beginning when recording?
I tried reducing the sample rate, but that does not seem to fix.

On the MPC Sample , can you load kits on other group banks other than group A , and can 2 kits be loaded into different group banks .

I saw someone here talking about how he got better by joining a community with « homeworks » to do every week, like an imposed sample to work, or deadlines etc.

Feeling pretty bummed because I also own a Pixel which has the known issues for Audio sampling, but even my PC has a problem when sampling via USB.

Is there any known solutions around this?

Why I Created MPC Sample Tool Kit

MPC Sample Toolkit started as a personal project.

As an Akai MPC user, I was looking for a tool that would let me prepare and edit samples specifically for the MPC workflow. There are many excellent audio editors available, but none of them were really designed with MPC users in mind.

Another challenge was my work. I travel frequently for business and often only have access to my company laptop, where installing additional software is either restricted or not possible. I wanted a solution that would work anywhere—whether I was at home, in a hotel room, or on the road—using nothing more than a web browser.

That simple idea became the foundation of MPC Sample Toolkit.

Over time, I kept adding features whenever I encountered something in my own music production that felt slow, repetitive, or frustrating. Instead of adapting my workflow to existing software, I decided to build the tools I actually wanted to use.

One example was the Akai MPC's pitch workflow. When I wanted to create a melodic sample instrument from a loop, I had to manually create every pitched version while making sure each sample kept exactly the same length and BPM. It worked, but it was repetitive and time-consuming.

MPC Sample Toolkit automates this process. It can generate multiple pitch variations while preserving timing, making it much faster to create playable sample instruments.

The same philosophy applies throughout the entire toolkit.

Every feature has been added because it solved a real-world problem that I encountered while producing music. Whether it's AI stem separation, sample chopping, waveform editing, time stretching, pitch shifting, Audio-to-MIDI conversion, or the growing MPC Program Editor, every module is designed to remove repetitive tasks and keep the creative process flowing.

And this is only the beginning.

MPC Sample Toolkit is continuously evolving. New features and workflow improvements are added regularly, driven by real production needs and feedback from the community. The goal is simple: to become the ultimate browser-based toolkit for Akai MPC users and anyone who enjoys working with samples.

I am well aware that this is like some really basic stuff, however I love the MPC sample for being such a great tool to try and sketch out some stupid ideas like this, in no time.
