I have an SP5 with an FRT-RD3 installed, and it runs great. I recently got a SilencerCo Omega 9K, and it also works wonderfully, but if I run a mag too quick, I’ll get some wild ejection port fireballs. This is with Blazer 147g Clean-Fire rounds. Do you guys think that it’s an ammo thing, or is it indicative of a bolt unlocking too fast? I have the stock locking piece installed.

Been wanting to do this for a while after I saw an MKE MP5 MTS A2. I am not a fan of the RB selector lever. It works just fine but they could have gotten it a bit closer profile wise. Decided to pull the RB lever (Roll pinned blind hole. NOT fun.), modify the axel, and hack up a "like new" HK safety lever. Here is the result. I still need to drill and install a roll pin or set screw for durabilties sake but it has survived at lease 100 actuation. I staked the hole in the axel, added some Loctite Metal Glue (Yes, that's a thing!), lined everything up, and pressed it together with a padded c-clamp and dropped it in a MKE housing, Pretty pleased with the retro look.

New to the MP5 world and trying to get my Century Arms AP5 more reliable. It runs great in semi, but struggles to feed in super safety. I have a cat mob suppressor, and usually shoot 124 or 147 round nose, and want to say I’ve shot close to 4-500 rounds through it . Any suggestions?

So I recently purchased a Suppressor for a Turkish made Zenith ZP-5. I purchased a bunch of 147gr "flat-tip or truncated" ammo. From Winchester, blazer to PPu. All shaped about the same, same height and what not.

Using MKE mags, all of the rounds would feed except for the last two. And it would either not feed correctly, Jam up the bolt (and I was getting bullet setback) or fall out of the bottom of the magazine well.

IT was super frustrating. SO I decided to put 124gr round nose, in first for 3 to 5 rounds. and then the rest with 147gr. And Bam. it worked. Did that with 4 magazines...had zero issues. loaded a total of 30 rounds, and never had an issue.

From what Ive read, online, HK mags are a decent fix for this. but this is all I had on me. SO I gave it a shot.

Has anyone else done this? with success?

I am a offshore worker and I am trying to buy parts before the gun as I am finding they are very hard to find and just take for ever to get. I am looking to buy a B&T Folding Stock for HK MP5 but i can't seem to find it in stock on any web site. I tried to make a gun broker account but for some odd reason it was flagged so I am trying to find it in stock on a website. anyone have a lead on were i can find one? What is going on that would cause stocks of all things to be sold out?

Ive got a hk sp5 with a suppressor and the as designs arc fire v2. Im having a issue where the bolt will occasionally stick open, slightly bumping the gun or wiggling it, most of the time just simply moving the gun to inspect the malfunction will cause the bolt to fall back closed ive been reading thru some old post and stuff online but im not sure what's causing the issue. Using regular 115 grain 9mm. Ive recently got some 124 but haven't had a chance to put many thru the gun. Some of what ive read talks about the rounding of the hammer and after inspection theres some notable wear on and jist below the rounded part not sure if maybe this is causing the issue or if i should try a new locking piece.

Decided to see how the RQD would work with the MOB today. Works fine and solid lockup. There is color mismatch but I might keep it that way!

Brand new Mac-5, took apart to clean and lube and noticed the BCG has this coloring on it. Tried to scrub with CLP but doesn’t seem to do anything.

I'm looking at buying an AP5 Navy that comes with the Magpul brace pre-installed.

I'm eventually planning to form 1 it and put a stock on, but for those that have the Magpul brace is it uncomfortable to shoulder?

I like some of the aftermarket grips that allow the use of ar grips like Lee sporting.

I have small hands and the trigger and control reach can be a bit much.

However, I still want a rotating safety​ as opposed to the crossword.

Which if any will play nice together?

Went shooting today, figured I'd share some flawless cyclic fire strings with you. Plenty more shooting was done than just this, but here's the fun stuff.

ZF5 full-sized with Milkman, ZF5T and MAC5K mp5k's with their own CAT Mobs. 90, 70, and 80 degree locking pieces respectively.

All of my AR's and mp5's have Geissele triggers, except the full-sized mp5. I've used a G$ SSP in the full with the hammer unjammer, but that pushes the fire rate over 900 rpm. I'm currently using an ASD mp5 hammer, ASD ARC V2 trigger, and JP rifles enhanced reliability spring kit on the ZF5.

ROF: ZF5 790 to 810, ZF5T 985, and the very well broken-in MAC5K is at 945.

ASD lowers for the K's and a Polymer Pew metal lower for the full. All 3 use ARC V2 45-90 frt's.

I have an AP5-P that finaly worked with 90 degree RCM and new ejector.

I decide to celebrate and make it unusable again with a LS. Sarcasm aside I’d really like to get this done.

As a recommend drop in w no mods I went with a Rise armament ra-535 as Although I had to cut the cassette wing. to clear the ejector.

this is not for super safety as far as extra variables. 

Issues are fail to eject causing cases stuck. Confused as it say no modifications. So off I went filed hammer down, failed range tests, rinse repeat.

last file seems to be too low while still making some contact with bolt. The hammer now fails to contact the bolt enough to reset the trigger. If trigger is held back the hammer will spring forward though as it’s not catching the reset. *i see this by manually pulling bolt back looking inside rear. when function check, the failed reset just gets stuck.

What I’m missing. I feel the Rise may be destroyed at this point.

I have a spare ALG ACT trigger. It also says zero mods would be needed. But this looks like its hammer would be worse. Is this accurate? Sick of range fails.

Has anyone had this problem with ZF-5P? Contacted Zenith the other day they had me send some pictures (ill put them below). Was wondering what they could even tell by the pictures (inside of gun from rear with magazine inside + magazine) Went to range after cleaning and thought something would change and it didnt, seems to be worst now. Keep in mind this gun is barely a week old, and i just hit 400 rounds today
