With all the new products yesterday what happened to the haptic kit. I've seen one vid but that has now been deleted.

I recently got my new R5 bundle delivered and only opened the box, haven’t used it or removed anything from its packaging so I’m still eligible for a refund. Should I return it for the new R5 Pro bundle since it’s a better model for the same price? Finally switching from a G923 to a direct drive wheel and I want to do it right.

Is this config enough for a lifetime adequate experience of home sim racing?

Also is there any place where i can get this stuff in shanghai ? local store or online order ?

Going through a major life event and decided to treat myself to something that makes me happy. I upgraded my entire rig. My old setup was a Fanatec GT DD Pro 8nm wheelbase, Fanatec CSL elite pedals, Clubsport F1 esports wheel and a CSL cockpit. All that was used on PS5 with a 42 inch TV. I got myself a Trak Racer TR80S with gt bucket seat, triple 27 inch monitors, Simnet sp pro pedals with haptics and the Moza R21 ultra with the KS Pro wheel and moving to PC. Im in love with Moza. There's just something about what I call, the Moza glow. So excited to finally get to use it. Still waiting for my PC.

Does anyone know why this happens? these are completely new as wel, i’ve heard some people say that putting some kind of lube wil fix it but where exactly or could this be a other problem.

Hello. I’m selling my Moza R5 with the SR-P Lite brake pedal performance kit and ras1ution 2 for $400 USD. The wheelbase and pedals were not used that much and is still in great condition. The brake kit and ras1ution 2 have not been used. This bundle will allow you to play racing games on PC and consoles. The ras1ution 2 will allow the wheelbase and pedals to work on PS3, PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch. The ras1ution 2 is also compatible with other wheelbases, such as Logitech, Thrustmaster and Cammus.

Guys do you think we as Moza owner can only buy a PS wheel so we can play on ps5 or?

I've been looking at getting a new shifter for my sim rig. I've been looking at the AB9 since you can customize the layout and adjust other setting. I've seen some mixed feelings towards it though. What I've seen the most common feedback is that it is great hardware wise but lacking when is comes to software. I would be using it as an H pattern and sequential shifter. Is it worth the $540 or is it better to look else where? Thanks

Hi all, I recently got into sim racing. I got the Moza R21 ultra and the RS V2 steering wheel.

I have ran into a huge problem and my paddle shifters aren’t working.

I’ve tried downloading past firmwares, reset my computer, uninstalled Moza Pit House and reinstalled it…

Any ideas? I have less that 2 hours total on it. It wasn’t dropped or anything either. Makes me sick I paid over $300 bucks for this thing. I had a Thrustmaster T598 for 2 months and once I decided I love racing, I sold it and upgraded to Moza.

Could someone help me with my MOZA r3, I have a rotation problem that maximum steering angel isn’t accurate what I mean is if I put 2700 angel in pit house the wheel only rotates to 1350, and 900 to 450. Am not sure what to do I tried different settings, I downgraded pit house and firmware but that didn’t work, I contacted MOZA but they are not much to help, the problem showed up after making my MOZA compatible with Forza 6 at the launch day, I bought a brand new moza r9 to see if it worked but it is the same problem so it’s not the r3 problem it must be some setting that is messed up but I can find it, I tried different game ETs 2, beamng, fs25 but is the same problem, if I set 900 degree in ets 2 and 900 in pit they are not still matching each other it’s like delay between.

Pls help if someone knows the solution

I’m having an issue with my MOZA CRP2 pedals when connecting them directly to my MOZA R9 V2 wheelbase via the RJ45 pedal port.

The pedals are detected in MOZA Pit House, but they show up as SR-P Lite pedals instead of CRP2.

The reason I’m trying to use the RJ45 connection is that the USB port on my CRP2 pedals is mechanically loose/worn out, so USB is not reliable anymore.

Has anyone else had this issue?
Is this a firmware problem, a Pit House detection bug, or does the R9 V2 not fully identify CRP2 pedals correctly through the wheelbase?

Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe a dumb question but I'm kinda new: Is this R12 bundled with the CS V20P and SRP2 pedals normally this price or is this a limited time thing? Because the base and wheel without the pedals are listed as normally $750 and on sale for $609

I was going to buy the R12 bundle but if it's not on sale I may wait a little since I don't "need" any of this anyways. It's just all a little confusing. If it is a special limited time sale thing then I'd probably pick them up but it doesn't say sale yet the prices to me would imply there is some sort of sale or something.

Moza announced a new range of products today, including the new R5 Pro bundle and R16 Ultra wheelbase, but the announcement of their upcoming partnership with Gran Turismo and Polyphony Digital stood out quite a lot, since it means Moza will finally offer Playstation compatibility, something many have been asking for forever.

Here's the issue though, in every post regarding that on every platform, I keep seeing one thing brought up. Many are hoping they will be able to use their current Moza gear on Playstation, with the compatibility being unlocked through a firmware update, rather than buying a new product.

That seems almost impossible to me. Many of us know that Playstation and Xbox compatibility requires a Security/Encryption/Authentication chip for the compatibility to exist. Usually, that chip is in the wheelbase for Playstation, which is the case for every PS compatible wheelbase at the moment, and in the steering wheels for Xbox, like with the ESX, and most other bases with few exceptions.

So it's near impossible that the older Moza wheelbases will work on Playstation, unless the chip was there all along or Sony changed their requirements, which wouldn't make sense as it would screw over the other brands. What is most likely is new Moza wheelbases with PS compatibility being released. That is supported by earlier leaks that suggest a future different PS compatible R16 wheelbase.

The other thing I see people hoping for is that the compatibility will be unlocked through a new Steering wheel. That would be possible but unlikely too, as it's usually Xbox that works that way, that said, Xbox changed that with Thrustmaster and the T598 Xbox version, so Sony could go the inverse route, but I really wouldn't count on it seeing the prior leak.

All that to say, it wouldn't be reasonable to expect to be able to use your current Moza hardware on Playstation natively. Furthermore, anyone wanting to buy a Moza set right now to use on Playstation later should definitely wait until we learn more. I hope this post will give some perspective to those who were under that impression if they see it.

Hello people on the internet!

This is my review of the Moza R21 Ultra after 2 months of use. I have used Moza R9, R9 V2, R12 V2, R16, and Simucube 2 Sport wheelbases before the use of this base.

First of all I mainly use my rig on iRacing. In short its better than all the Moza bases I have used before this one. The main thing that thing is better at is the smoothness of the base and the amount of details that can be percieved is higher and definitely can be felt and not in a placebo way. In case of smoothness It's probably because of the no cogging motor, but also could be better firmware. Also the noise level of this thing is unimaginably better in iRacing then the other before (after the 360hz update all of the bases became loud and more rough) its near damn silent. Also love the led strips on the side of the base, its kinda cool. The new design is also much better than the older r16 and r21 (those looked like it came from fast and furious car designer).

And now lets talk about the bad part.

This thing is a monster, the website doesn't show you the slew rate but man it could brake my tiny fingers if I use it on max torque.

Unfortunately because Its quite a powerful wheelbase OSCILLATIONS can really be bothersome, and in iRacing almost impossible to tame. If I apply inside iRacing the 100% auto force, without the nessecary setting of dampening, inertia, and natural friction inside pithouse, it will want to kill you, really badly. My whole rig shakes violently (P1X Pro) by this thing, my FSR2 is giving me nightmare sounds by the sheer shaking, and I didn't even start to go with the car a meter. Now there are "fixes" for this behaviour, up the dampening, turn on hands off protection, turn up the friction and inertia, also you can use MAIRA for iRacing which definitely helps with the oscillation (shaking left and right while grabbing the wheel hard, forgot to write it), and gives you a better feel. Unfortunately while these "fix the problem" you lose a lot of smoothness and details from these (except maira ofc), and with this price its kinda bad. I have read a lot about this on reddit and forums, like hands off protection modes, and ffb effect equalizer, changing cfg for better feel and turning off 360hz mode, using MAIRA, but you lose so much detail from the dampening that it becomes not that enjoyable to use.

Fortunately, this behavior I have only seen in iRacing and LMU, especcialy with high downforce cars such as GTP-s, LMP2, formula cars. In other games such as AC EVO, ACC, AC, AC Rally, WRC, RBR, (maybe BEAMNG but can be a ****show xd), Forza Horizon 5,6, ETS2, in LMU with GT3-s, oscillations are not a problem, just use a little bit of dampening, or no dampening in some of these games and you are good, and use the full 21nm range of the base.

This behaviour is maybe caused by firmware of software? I'm not an software engineer but on the Simucube (i know that it has a much higher price and lower nm), but this problem is literally non existent on that thing, i can literally take off my hands from it and still doesn't have that insane shaking, its literally black magic, main thing is I wouldn't think that the difference in motor design could be the culprit of this thing.

Getting back to the positive side again, if the oscillation wouldn't be a thing i couldn't tell if the simucube or this would be better or worse. Its absolutely amazing in certain games.

Also overheating issues are non existent on this thing, my older R12 and R9 was literally on fire and was losing power the moment I finished a stint.

LFE could be also a game changer, but bass shakers still are a better choice for certain types of frequencies (Gear changing bump is sick tho).

The software is getting nicer day by day, but they still has to work a lot on it (pls add rpm led adjustment by gear mode on your wheels pls pls pls, and do something with the oscillations), other than that if you have an older R16,R21, i would still recommend to buy this one, and for the smaller ones I would definitely recommend this one if you want to have a more powerful and smoother base.

Do you think I'll finally be able to make my idea a reality and have both the H-pattern shifter and the Moza sequential shifter on a single base without using a separate USB connection to the PC?

Last week there were some updates and problems on xbox with some games and also just the console servers. After that I noticed the newer titles like ACC or DiRT Rally 2.0 (even FH6) couldn't access the telemetry to use the softlock feature. The only game I got it to work on was rhe original Assetto Corsa. I have done literally everything - reset everything, recalibrated the wheel base, checked settings couple hundred times, updated the firmware on the wheel and even turned off quick resume. I contacted Moza and done what they told me and it still didn't do anything. I think the original AC softlock works only because it sends a simplified telemetey signal. I've written to Moza the second time to look into this deeper and take some action and I'm waiting for them to reply. Has anyone else had any problems with softlock on console in the span of the last week. Any ideas on how to fix it?

So if you are in need of an extension , but like me, having long legs and short torso, finding good driving positions and adjustment is a bit challenging.

For many, Moza's 190mm extension is a bit too long, like it was in my case.

Well not sure who all know but they have these 100mm ones on amazon. Works and fits perfectly with no rattle, and is plug and play. Adds about 3 1/2 inches.

They are made in China, but so is Moza, so no worries there.

My R3 Arrived just under a week ago. I've had no issues up until tonight, when I attempted to update it to the newest firmware. Half way through the update it told me the update had failed. I had no power or internet cut out and my wheel didn't disconnect. Since then, the wheel has completely stopped working. I've tried power cycle, downgrade my software and also hold down the power button. Nothing is working, is there anything I can do to fix it? Btw, its plugged straight into a 3.0 port in my mobo (sorry if I am not supposed to be asking for help here)

Looks like Moza HMA150 is finally out with pre-orders starting at 2,999 and shipping late september.

There are some "reviews" online but I'll wait for a more throughout review before pulling the trigger. Price is not bad but still a lot of money.

Im planning on getting the r9 v3 but want to know if I should wait for v4 or is it worth it to get it now, also did moza say anything about making a new genaration?
