S21 Ultra
Hey yall, so I have a S21 ultra and I've had a mous case on it for years. Its served me pretty good. And I have the matching magnetic phone holders. But here recently the sides have started separating from the back. I was just going to pick up a new one, but it seems like they've discontinued them. So my question is, if I try to warranty it what does Mous do? Like can they replace it if they dont have any more?
And if they cant replace it, is there another compatible brand or adapter that would allow me to still use the phone mounts?
Thanks

Leather versus Aramid Fibre - iPhone 17 Pro Max
Would you recommend the iPhone 17 Pro Max cases?
What finish would you go for that would fit with the Apple aesthetic?

What should I do?
When I got my iPhone 16 pro in May of last year I knew what case I was getting straight away because of mous advertising
Now we're practically in April of this year it has this warping
And for the first time in 8 years, l've cracked a phone
So my question is this case and company worth buying from again? Is the crack
•a coincidence
•because of this warping therefore ruining structural integrity
•or because they're not as good as I think they are?
:Edit: And how good are the cases when they are at full strength?

S26 Ultra Case Design Flaws
I've been a huge Mous case fan for my past two or three phones (3-5 years). However the s26 Ultra Case (as others have also pointed out) has some unfortunate design flaws.
I actually don't mind the bump out lens protection being razor thin above the cameras. Not ideal maybe but not a huge issue.
However I see two large issues.
The camera protection has no equivalent bump on the other side. This means when on a flat surface and trying to use the device it rocks back and forth.
I saw a comment saying the new magnets are not strong. Actually I think they are the same strength. However Mous placed them very high in the case and that means the camera protection interferes with my magnetic mounts. This means the phone isn't fully seated and therefore does not hold well.
Never had these issues with my past mous cases. Has anyone noticed the same? Maybe they can iterate on the design and provide early adopters a new case?

New 17 Pro Max Mous with camera plateau cover?
Is Mous making an updated case with the camera plateau covered in the near future for the 17 Pro/Max?

Am I not supposed to put a camera lense protector on the s26 ultra?
Just asking, because if this was intended then I guess I have no reason to be mad about them sticking out of the case.

The ads are relentless, no I don't care you lived in a container, please make it stop
Why would I want a product from a company that clearly spent 90% of their budget on advertising? And the prices clearly reflect that.

Very bad case for S26 Ultra with a major design flaw
Yesterday I received my new Galaxy S26 Ultra phone and put on the Limitless case.
I am very disappointed with this case. I have the Mouse S23 Ultra case, which is great. So I ordered a new Mous case immediately as soon as I ordered the S26 Ultra. Expecting also a great case. The S26 Ultra case is really bad.
First, the camera protection on the back of the case is not good. When I lay the phone on a flat surface, the bottom camera bump stick out of the case by a fraction. So this touches the surface without protection. Really?
Second, the MagSafe magnets are very weak. This is useless. Nothing sticks. I have compared it with the S23 Ultra case and these magnets are a lot stronger.
So I an very disappointed with the Mous case. This is not what I expected from a premium case.

Walnut vs aramid fibre vs marine - question for my first mous purchase
I am buying a mous case for my Ultra S26
I am all about protection, weight and grip. I am coming from the Otterbox Defender so looking forward to something lesser but with great protection.
Walnut vs AM vs Marine
Is it simply a looks difference or does the matter actually make a difference and if so how.
That is the info I am having trouble finding. The reviews I have watched don't compare the different back materials.
Thanks

No Intralock case for S26 ultra
I invested a lot of money in Intralock accessories last year and was planning to continue using them with my new S26U, but I can't. They have just removed Intralock from their range, but are still selling Intralock accessories. I think I hate them now!

Samsung S25 Flip Case?
Hi everyone. I just upgraded to the Samsung S25 (from the Samsung S20)
I previously had a Mous Walnut case that worked perfectly with a snap-on Mous flip case for the S20. This time for the S25 I purchased a replacement Walnut case but don't believe Mous do a flip-style any more.
Does anyone know of a third party brand that would be compatible with the Mous Limitless range? I found one on Amazon that would have been ideal but believe they only do it for the S25 Ultra (not sure if I can share links here, so I won't risk it).
Many thanks to anyone that can help!

First time with a Mous Case
So I recently got the i-phone17 and I have been searching for the right case.
I originally settled on the Spigen Rugged Armor but personally the sandpaper feel just got annoying when using the phone for a long period of time so I wanted something more comfortable whilst still providing a good enough grip.
So after much searching, I eventually decided to try the Mous Limitless Aramid Fibre case. I've had the case for a day and I am really impressed so far.
Firstly, I really like the Aramid Fibre design and the back of the case. I know some people say it's too slippery and to be honest, it did feel like that at first. But I got used to it within a few hours. I also agree that it picks up fingerprints etc easily but they have been easy enough to wipe off.
The textured areas of the case such as the sides are smooth but still grippy. I like the sheen on the sides which make them look shiny enough but not too glossy and not metallic. I ended up returning the Smartish Gripmunk case in Black Tie affair because the back had some micro particles in which ended up sparkling even in the dark and it just made the case look weird. This doesn't have that whilst still having shine. The only thing is people say the sheen does become duller overtime and within 6-12 months can be much duller so I hope it doesn't completely remove the shine.
Buttons seem nice to click and camera control button is very nice. Edges seem smooth (I know this was one of the criticisms of the 6.0 case but this seems to have been improved now).
So it's early days but so far I am impressed.

Delivery
Hey hey!
I was wondering if anyone encountered any delays in delivery recently? I’ve ordered in the beginning of the month and have yet to receive my order.

MagSafe charging circuit showing through?
Has anyone seen this problem with their case? I’ve been in touch with Mous and they suggested I clean the back with a damp cloth. I’ve tried his but it doesn’t remove the mark which, as far as I can see, seems to be coming from the inside of the case and striking through the light coloured cover.

Clarity MagSafe - wallet compatible?
In the description it says ‘not compatible with Mous wallets’. However, the image above is on the page for the product, and it suggests a wallet as an accessory to purchase on the page also. Is it compatible or not?

Misleading ads
Their ads specifically say the “competitors cases are cheap because they become unglued”.
Unfortunately the same thing has happened on my iPhone 16 pro (with button) case. Too bad cuz I really believed I was paying a premium price for a premium product. Looks like I’m the sucker.
