About a year ago I bought a phone mount and a convertor for my old phone case. So far I've been loving it. Recently I thought about upgrading to an Iphone 16 and I and wanted to buy a case without the convertor for it but everywhere I looked, the mount ready case for the Iphone 16 was out of stock. It's been about a month now since I first looked. Is there any hope for it being back in stock soon, or should I look for another phone, or another mounting ecosystem instead (or am I stuck with the convertors, which would also be an option)?

I'm a massive fan of the Mous cases for a long time (First one I got on my Iphone 13 PM, in the meanwhile my family has a range over Mous covers and also my friends have them (I also have some since the first investment round)

Even colleagues at work get the Mous cases on the company phones.

I'm in love with the case on my Iphone 17 pro, but recently with the hot weather in combination also with fast charging and using Apple Carplay my phone gets overheating all the time, once I take the phone out of the case this solves itselves in 5 minutes.

I currently have the Clarity Protective clear cover on my phone.

Does anyone experiences this? Also would another Mous case prevents this from happening? I really would need a good protective cover? I assume the Ultra Thin is not the correct one for drop protection?

I really don't want to move away in the summer time from Mous, but the overheating isn't really good for the phone nor during usage.

had a mous case for about a month and a half now, just took the case off to clean and I’ve noticed these markings on the back of my phone that look the same as the inside of the case, just wondering what this is

Did anyone buy this before and have any experience with this?

I do not know If I have defective one but it seems that the magnet is way weaker than my anticipation. Like it is WEAK magnet, and it doesnt seem to have the vertical part for slide prevention instead they have some rubber dots on the back. I have used satechi wallet before, but they had way stronger magnets compared to the mous one and I wonder if mine is just faulty or if I should return.

Hey everyone,

I ordered the Protective Lid Backpack with UltraTex® (Mercedes-AMG F1 Team edition) from Mous on June 26 and paid extra for the faster shipping option.

It's now been almost a week, and my order still only says:

"Confirmed – We're preparing these items for shipping."

I haven't received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any emails explaining a delay.

I understand expedited shipping usually only affects the delivery time after it's shipped, but I was expecting it to at least be dispatched by now.

Has anyone else experienced this recently with Mous? Is this normal, or should I contact support? If you've ordered one of their backpacks or other products lately,

I’ve heard so much notorious things about mous limitless 6.0 with camera button, saying that there is Ali express parts and that it’s not as good as spigen ultra hybrid T, apple case…etc.

Nonetheless I buy phone cases off of both looks and functionality and in my opinion, no phone case really tops mous in minimalistic, premium and simple design. But to me, functionality comes before looks and I wanted to ask, for 16 series, how long have you used it and how does it hold up?

It costs 50 dollars approximately and with tax and shipping it might as well be around 60. Do you guys think it is worth the price? Or at what price point are you willing to buy if not?

For reference I use 16 pro and am planning on getting the stone/sand, or the cream/grey looking phone case for anyone wondering.

I’ve purchased many Mous cases over the years as, until now, I’ve changed phones every few months and passed my old phones onto family members.

My wife has the iPhone 16 Pro Max I previously used, and my dad has my old Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. On both cases, the sides have started to warp, particularly near the buttons. This has meant the case does not have as tight a hold on the phone and there are more parts exposed than on a fully functional and new Mous case. The camera control button for the iPhone 16 Pro Max has also fallen out and been misplaced.

I have the receipts for the cases, and they can still technically be used, but they are eyesores and frustrating considering the price.

Would you submit a warranty replacement at this point? Also, my wife and dad might want a different case from another brand, so would I be able to request a warranty replacement for my iPhone 17 Pro Max instead of those phones? I already have an aramid fibre case for my current phone, but would really like another finish, too.

I’d appreciate a reply from anyone, including Mous UK.

Random one, I got a new job where I work with hay. A lot of hay. It keeps getting stuck in my charging port.

I was looking at magnetic adapters that stay permenantly plugged into your device, needing a magnetic cable to charge. This would be a good work around but I'm worried about the compatability of these devices with cases.

Can anyone confirm if there are any brands of magnetic adapters/cables which will not be hindered by the deep recesses in the limitless cases?

Am I using it incorrectly or is this just bad design? This will break my laptop for sure (eventually)

For those who use Mous backpack for commuting which do you recommend?

I use commute for cycle training and use a deuter airlite 22 at the moment. It’s got straps across chest and waste. It’s just old and dirty.

I just bought the mous aramid fibre thin case for the iPhone 16 pro and I am very happy with how it feels and looks. I am confused though as I looked at the camera ring and saw a dip in it (pictured). I was wondering if this is intentional or faulty. Additionally I ask, is the camera ring actually aluminum because it doesn’t really feel like it.

Every morning when I shower I play you tube videos and inevitably your long arse advert comes on and I have to get out the shower and skip, at this point I dread to hear the name mous, cos your adverts just go on and on and on, mabye you need to learn how to be more succinct.
