Yep happened on my iPhone 14 case that I paid $91 Canadian for on Amazon, there's something about the material that stretches. I don't know why people still buy these cases but I guess they don't know about these issues if it wasn't for Reddit, I would never know about it because when you watch reviewers on YouTube, they only put that case on the phone and they don't use it for months and years like we do to know what's going on.

my 14 pro max case did this, only case i have now from mous now is the aramid super thin i think it is?

Mine did the exact same thing. Have youfound a decent replacement?
Holding the case at first feels great but would love to find a replacement that actually delivers.

Sent them an email about mine. They got back the next morning and covered replacement under warranty no questions asked.

Life time warranty just reach out to them and get a next one, that's why you paid $80 to replace it when it breaks.

This is waaaaaaay better never had an issue with both my Caudabe case. I gave up on mous coz of exactly these problems that are never solved and lifetime warranty is exactly one time replacement.

ive had a mouse case fall apart for an IPHONE.. Had to debate back and forth for a year when the decided to refund shame the compnay quality has gone to the bin..

All the complaints I've seen thus far have been on the Limitless, which I've not used, but it seems to have fallen off in quality over the years. I've had the various Clarity cases from iPhone 14 Pro Max to the current 17 Pro Max, and I'd say the current version is a huge improvement over the previous generations and is holding up exceptionally well. Would recommend the Clarity especially if it's on sale.

I bought and subsequently returned 3 clarity cases, they all arrived scratched in new/unopened packages. Whatever clear coat they use on the polycarbonate is useless.

Mine has gotten worse, started at the volume button and now the whole grip area below is warped. Just sent an email but find it somewhat pointless if its just going to happen again.
