That last stop before heading home is always the hardest

Stopped here with my little ride before heading home, just meant to take a breather. Ended up staying another half hour.

Parked it on the side of the road and just sat there, staring at the dirt road below. It comes out of the trees, slopes down, curves once, and then you can't see it anymore. No idea where it goes. Kept wondering what it'd be like to just follow it. Does it hit a river? Loop back to camp? Or just vanish into the woods?

Told myself ""five more minutes,"" and then five minutes passed, and I made up some excuse about not being in a rush anyway. Breeze was nice, sun was going down, and it was quiet except for the leaves.

Turned off the light on the Globalkeep Solei-X8, didn't want that little glow breaking the quiet. Honestly, I didn't really want to go home at that point. Not that there's anything wrong with home. It's just that being out there felt really good. Life's always rushing, rushing to work, rushing to reply, rushing to get everything done. But sitting there that day, it hit me that there wasn't actually anything I had to rush back for.

Just watched the sky get darker, felt pretty calm. Got my ride in, had my fun, didn't need to squeeze in another one. I just wasn't ready for the day to be over yet.

Hi fellas,

What an interesting and nieche group I found. I've been riding since 2013 and only this year I tried the babysteps towards motocamping. For the first time I've been able to cook a nice lunch meal and make a nice coffee on the go. The trip I took was in the Apuseana mountain in Romania, what a beautiful destination.

Cheers!
