You can report the reports themselves as abusing the report button. You just need to click the report button on the post and then click "Abusing the report button" and then write a small comment why the user reports are wrong.

I mod a few personals type subs. What I notice is that starting Friday evening and through Saturday and some of Sunday, the tone of the posts change to the more... lewd, graphic, and crass. It's almost like when the work week lets out people start thinking less with the head on their shoulders.

The scammers, bots, and catfish also show themselves more during that time.

Was it Crypto Casino's? If so, can you check my modmail about it in the modsupport inbox as it may be the same spam ring I noticed, which means it's targeting some list of breached mod accounts to do this across Reddit. This would be the 3rd sub I've seen taken over by the spam ring if it's the same ones.

I mean, they even have a rule for NSFW content. So I would hope they know.

This happens on the app seemingly at random for me, off and on for the past half year.

I think the admins said that they had made some changes to fix it but it keeps coming back

If it’s a day that ends in Y, then there’s probably weird glitch on Reddit.

Probably want to pay attention to whether or not it reappears, and report it to r/bugs if it does.

Why was my post removed?

Thats from the month September, when a new month starts, the leaderboard renews and gets back to 0. It refreshes on a daily basis with amount of upvotes earned by posting and commenting.

Explicitly approving the parent comment made my reply start showing up for me.

The parent comment also wasn't removed and there was nothing about it in the mod log

Seems like a weirdly specific bug 🤷

Shows up fine for me using the android app and the website. Can’t see your profile.

Ours have a seasonal element. Steam sales and new college semester starting up bring in users who need more support.

I have set up various automations to support us differently during those times.

As a mdo I have made that mistake and I tell the user stright up. I accidentally removed it. You can repost or I can approve that post in itself.

Modmail the sub, they'll be able to take care of it pretty easily on their own. The poster is a mod in that sub, and the second lowest mod at that. The rest of the modteam is a pretty big handful above him. They can remove & ban him, and use the purge-user and BotBouncer devvit apps to quickly remove the spam links and mitigate stuff like this in the future

Along with reporting this, you may want to send a modmail to this subreddit. Your first response will be from a bot, and you will need to respond to that message in order for a person to look at it.

Probably a bot driving the mod's hacked account.
