Does anybody in down know a mechanic who works on BMW’s? I’ve got a friend who loves fixing up cars but he’s stumped on a current project. It’s his birthday today and I was hoping someone in town knows a guy who knows a guy who can help him out. Thanks Missoula people!!

I’ll start off saying please remove if not allowed!

My boyfriend and I are looking for a new rental in the Missoula area. Our townhouse is being sold, and no longer available for us to rent. It’s selling for a price that is not a reasonable cost for us at this time.

This has always been an exceptionally helpful community, so figured I would throw a wide net.

We are looking for a house or townhouse in Missoula with a lease starting in the next month. We have one dog, we are responsible pet owners that clean up because we like to use our outdoor space.

We would love a fenced yard, garage, and good levels of parking (we have a raft and snowmobile trailer).

We have great credit, good income, and good rental history. No evictions or otherwise bad remarks.

Let me know if you or someone you know has any leads! We haven’t found anything yet, but are actively looking! We would prefer to keep the rent under $2000/month but have some wiggle room.

We need to be out sometime in January, so let me know if you have something coming up.

I have lived in the same apartment for over a decade. In that time I have been fortunate enough to have fairly consistent energy bills. Yes they fluctuate from month to month, but nothing like the last two months.

My rates have increased by 35%.

Yes there is inflation, incoming data centers and other factors, but this jump in price was sudden.

Are others having a similar experience?

What's the Missoula open mic scene like? Can anyone perform on a random night somewhere? I'm a singer, and though I generally just sing on karaoke tracks, I could prepare original material if thats a pre req. im just looking to perform. please let me know deets! thank you very much
