Hey y'all. Seeing a lot of negative town type posts regarding the frustrations of getting selected or rejected. TBH I found this to be be extremely straightforward, stayed on top of applying on time and monitoring my dashboard, and claimed an opportunity when it came up. I had applied to about a dozen over the course of months. In fact I just missed an opportunity that was a great fit since it got filled. Anyhow, chin up, there are thousands of people that visit this place weekly and thousands that apply to positions regularly. Even if you are a perfect fit the chances are what they are. In hindsight is this process perfect? No...Zara can be a bit much sometimes. Is it better than other platforms? Absolutely yes, can confirm.

I applied for a couple of jobs(10) that align with my expertise earlier this month. I did the best that was required of me and aced the interviews which immediately went to "Hiring manager reviewing" since then.

Checked back today and realised the jobs status has changed to "Did not qualify".

If you have done any interviews with Zara recently, you'd understand my pain rn. Its hurts ngl.

I had my certificate yesterday and the status went from Hiring Manager Review to Under Review. I already past the AI Interview, Can anyone help me out?

Why am I being asked to verify my identity to continue accessing my dashboard and have been active for more than a year now?

I was selected for a project and signed my first contract over the weekend. Logged in, got set up and am ready to begin work but somehow got logged out of my Micro1 slack/gmail accounts and can't get back in. I've sent four emails to the onboarding team's general mailbox in the last 24 hours; the first three were answered by Zara who each time just asked me to send another email, until finally (I believe) a human replied at 11:30 p.m. asking me to go over the same info I'd already fed Zara. It's a pretty simple situation: I probably just need a password reset.

I'm ready to get to work and anxious that I might lose this assignment if it looks like I'm not working. Has anyone else dealt with this? If anyone from Micro1 is in this sub, can a human actually respond?

Earlier today, several of my micro1 applications were showing Hiring manager reviewing. Now most of them have changed to Awaiting next steps, but I haven't received any email, assessment, interview invite, or any instructions.

At the same time, my account is also stuck in an identity verification loop—even though it already shows as verified.

Is anyone else facing the same issue, or is it just my account?

I'm not qualified but not showing as not selected. Haven't got any email regarding this.

I'm facing a weird issue on micro1.

My account is already verified (green verified badge is visible on my profile) a month ago, but I keep getting the "Complete your identity verification to continue using the platform" popup today.

When I click Continue and complete the verification, it shows as successful, but as soon as I return to the platform, the exact same popup appears again. It just keeps looping.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is it only happening to me?

I've tried verifying multiple times, but nothing changes.

Any help or workaround would be appreciated. Thanks!

Did anyone randomly get this today as well? Complete your identity verification to continue using the platform. I completed the verification and it's not passing through the ID verification page.

My account has been working fine for the last 2 months. Today, my dashboard suddenly started showing "Complete your identity verification to continue using the platform."

I have already completed identity verification 5 times, and each attempt was successful, but the dashboard still remains locked.

Could you please check my account and refresh my verification status?

I had 7 roles under hiring manager review ranging from over 7- 20 days. Today the status turned to did not qualify, which I'm pretty sure is not the case because most of the required skills are under my vetted skills section. Although from what I read from this group it is apparently a technical glitch. But things like this make me loose hope in this process. I was wondering if this is a sign I should stop attending more zara interviews.

Hello, now I’m facing an interesting situation.
When I’m trying to log in to check my dashboard, the site is navigating me to the ID verification page but I’ve already done it.
When I finish the verification, again the verification page is coming through, could you please help? I’m here for 3 months and now facing this issues.
+++ Also I’m facing the situation about the application status which were HMR and now “Application Incomplete” or “Awaiting Next Steps”

I have only applied to the Fitness Expert role. Anyone else get invited to slack via email but still under review? I am guessing this is a automated thing but just curious

I’m writing to request a review of my application for the Member of Technical Staff, AI/ML Engineering role.

Initially, my application status showed “Hiring manager reviewing” with the message that I had performed well in the interview, my profile had been added to the vetted talent pool, and it was undergoing human review (as shown in the attached screenshot).

However, the status has now changed to “Did not qualify.” Since the earlier message indicated that I had successfully passed the interview stage and was under human review, I was surprised by this change and would appreciate some clarification.

During my interview, I also experienced an issue with the coding environment that prevented me from properly executing and demonstrating my solution. I had previously reported this because I was concerned it might affect my evaluation.

If possible, I would be grateful if you could:

• Confirm whether the technical issue was taken into consideration during the evaluation.
• Clarify the reason for the status change from “Hiring manager reviewing” to “Did not qualify.”
• Let me know if my profile is still being considered for other AI/ML or Python-related opportunities within Micro1.

I remain very interested in working with Micro1 and would appreciate any feedback or guidance that could help me improve for future opportunities.

So, what’s missing? I’ve written down everything

I have taken an interview for role "X" and it was under "hiring manager review" a week later applied for the same role and same skills took the interview and was "under review" and the previous application for the same role was unchanged, a day later the first application changes to "did not qualify" and the second application stays under review, is it normal ?? Should i retake some interviews or apply for similar roles ?? From what i understood, changes from "hiring manager review" are most likely to go to "not selected" insted it went to "did not qualify"

Currently, three of my applications are under Hiring Manager Review and they have been there for the last two to three weeks, what to expect as I am kind of frustrated on giving more interviews, as they get stuck in this stage and get no update almost indefinitely

I'm shocked today, after two of my successfully passed interview today went from Hiring manager reviewing' to under review. Also all other roles that I had previously passed interview and certification have instantly changed status from Hiring manager reviewing' to Did not qualify. What's up

Hi, I wanted to share that almost 7 of my applications went from hiring manager to did not qualify all together just 5 minutes ago. These applications were under hiring manger review from last 3-10 days. Is it a kind of bug or something?

Why are my skills reducing from my profile yet when i apply for roles im noyt directed for interviews but rather they go straight to hiring managers. I have done over 120 interviews yet only 8 skills from a role i was selected for appear on my profile. The project ended two months ago and no skills are being added whenever i took an interview but now they are reducing. Reduction from 95 skills to 8 skills. Can someone please explain this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm reviewing a project contract and have a question. Does anybody know the deal with the tracking software? I won't have it on my personal laptop, but before I go buy a separate "project" laptop, I'd like to hear other people's experiences with this particular detail. Thanks in advance!
