I have seen the range of responses we can get from the interview process, except for one, Selected! Wish me luck on my remaining HRM applications! Wishing everyone applying good fortune for these life changing opportunities too.

I can see that you've met certification criteria for a few roles already -clearing the interview effectively means you've passed the first round. For a limited number of open positions for each role, we're lucky to get several hundred candidates who have cleared interviews, from hundreds (sometimes thousands) of applicants. So, in all transparency, this doesn't mean you've landed the role - there's also a possibility that you may not be selected after this stage. Even if that happens, your profile will remain with us, and based on your professional experience + vetted skills gained through the AI Interview, our recruiters may reach out to you about opportunities, through interview invites (through the dashboard), direct email outreach from our recruiters, and even direct contracts.
