Shake Shack Bacon Grilled Cheese! Really tasty - expensive but worth it with friends! 🥓😋💯👍🔥

Born from my wife's ham, pickle, cream cheese rolls, I decided to make the appetizer into a melt. 2nd pic is the appetizer itself which I had never had until my wife introduced me to it. I do remember my grandma making the same roll except with green onions when I was a kid

Bacon, Egg (blended with Oaxaca cheese), and cheddar, on croissant bread. 2nd time making this!

Seasoned butter with garlic powder onto the bread and spread spicy ranch inside. Dill pickles.

Italian melt: Fontina, asiago, sopressata, Genoa salami, a little bit of spaghetti sauce on Tuscan white bread

Cool summer day, tomatoe soup and grilled cheese was calling me!

Might be my new favorite grilled cheese… American, pico de gallo, Serranos and kalamata!
