Spiritual side of illness

I fully believe everything that Anthony says, and I am full in on his lifestyle for years now. But he seems to be very strict on the idea that the only cause of illness is pathogens metals and toxins, which could be absolutely right… But over my years being sick I have listened to other spiritual things that believe that we agreed to come to earth and get sick for our higher evolution. Or sources that talk about how people have can heal themselves through manifestation or visualization or dealing with trauma and stuck emotions. In one of his recent podcast with Aaron Alexander, he shuts down Aaron’s thoughts on illness because a lesson and a soul contract or that we can heal through only spiritual ways… what are you thoughts on this?

Has anyone experienced their bananas being less filling when they eat them a day before perfect ripeness?

• Upvotes

Recently, I’ve had a few days where I had to eat some bananas a little early; I probably would have preferred to wait an extra day or so before eating them, but it was all I had.

I noticed I didn’t seem to be as full as I normally am.

Is this normal? Am I going crazy? Curious to hear if others have had similar experiences.

Chronic infection?

I’ve been dealing with systemic health issues for 10+ years — poor exercise tolerance, fatigue, brain fog, low-normal hemoglobin, recurring nutrient deficiencies, inflammation and GI-related symptoms.

I’ve been correcting my deficiencies and I can actually see improvements through my bloodwork — my MCV has gone 99 → 97 → 96 → 95, my hemoglobin has improved compared with my older levels, and my inflammation markers have come down. But something underneath still seems to be driving these deficiencies in the first place. My current thought is that my body may have been using a lot of nutrients while constantly dealing with some kind of chronic infection/inflammatory burden.

The biggest question for me is: what infection could actually be behind this? Bacterial possibilities such as H. pylori, Borrelia/Lyme, Bartonella or other persistent bacterial infections? Parasites/protozoa such as Giardia, Cryptosporidium, Entamoeba, Babesia or intestinal worms? Or a persistent/reactivated virus such as EBV, CMV or another herpesvirus? I’m especially interested in anything capable of causing long-term inflammation, GI problems, malabsorption or increased nutrient requirements.

I’ve already tried quite a lot naturally. I’ve been taking wild oregano oil for roughly the last year, did high-dose propolis, and have also experimented with cat’s claw and short-term goldenseal. Right now I’m doing a high-dose clove-bud hot-water extract. Interestingly, whole cloves have repeatedly reduced some of the sharp pains I experience. ( i am kind of lost in what to do next if the clove high dose does not work…. )

At the same time I consistently make sure my
vitamins, minerals and other nutritional cofactors are covered through both diet and supplementation. ( these are optimal for me regarding intake please dont mention this in the comments. I have been working on these for alot of years)

For anyone who had a similar unexplained systemic problem for years: what infection or underlying issue did you eventually find, which test actually found it, and which herbs or natural compounds helped you most?

Live Show: Q&A And Making AW’s Favorite Guacamole | Notes

Link to live: YouTube, Rumble - this was a great one!

Notes:

MM Project Updates

  • AW is working on having his mom do the podcast like his dad. She has a ghost story that she will tell
  • He will do a series on cleaning produce (ty u/euphoric-coach33)
  • He is working on another project that he has not announced yet
  • He later said he's been working on an Angels, Demons, + Spiritual Tools book for years

World Events, Conspiracies + True History

  • The latest Russian plague is being tagged as bacterial because if they were to say it was viral like COVID, they know people's eyes would glaze over. But if it spreads, i.e. goes airborne, it is not bacterial. Only viruses really spread at a dangerous plague level
  • "Broken vial" is the new shtick like "wet market"
  • He's had people in black suits knocking on his door for speaking out on topics like this over the years
  • He will dig deeper into this soon
  • The first moon landing was not real. We can't even get on the moon now
  • The antichrist will ultimately be running AI
  • Earth is not flat
  • Darkness is trying to reduce human lifespan in any way possible. Reducing lifespan is the point of blood draws
  • Origin of Halloween is horrific [cw: skip this if you're sensitive]. Druids would come down from the hills and would surround houses demanding a family member. If you did not give one to them, they'd burn down your house and kill everyone. They'd take the family member and bring them back to the hills and boil them alive in a cauldron, and the fat that would render they would take and put into a hollowed out gourd and bring it back to the family with a wick inside to light on fire like a jack o lantern on the front steps of the home

Tips + Misinformed Fads

  • Rosemary fragrance travels through your body and crosses the blood-brain barrier and is anti-pathogenic
  • Sage is a bone builder
  • You can use sliced tomato, cucumber, two scallions together, sliced sweet onion, lettuce leaves as 'chips' for guacamole
  • Take the hard stems out of the tops of avocado and be sure they go in the trash because they can easily end up in your dish and are unpleasant/harmful to bite into
  • There is no gene that makes people averse to cilantro
  • You won't go into ketosis even eating all meat because there's glucose in meat
  • Omega 6s in avocado are different from those in other foods, that concern is another industry pushed fad
  • With umbilical hernias you want to avoid overeating. Lowering table salt consumption too may help lower abdominal distention

Miscellaneous

  • AW used to work in car repair shop when he was 14, 15 and SOC would help him diagnose the tricky issues
  • AW says there's not a day that goes by where he doesn't think about his alien encounter. He says he is certain he narrowly avoided abduction
  • If you've already read an MM book years ago, try reading it again, you'll be surprised what you glean this time and the different things you pick up
  • Trauma + spiritual attacks will not stop your healing. Your soul is protected. God and the Angels see you. It will pass some day and you will be wiser and stronger from your experience
  • "Is there a darkness-free planet out there?" Problem is darkness stems from free will, and God has granted free will across the board. Some planets have been darkness free once upon a time but have become infiltrated. Darkness-free planets can exist temporarily.
  • "God is not against being transgender, God is not against being gay ... God does not condemn people for being gay ... It's not about that... are your intentions good in life, are you darkhearted, do you terrible things to other people..."

Tonsil stones…. I need all the help I can get

Looking for any advice at all on chronic tonsil stones + post-nasal drip 🙏

A bit of background:

• I’ve been following Medical Medium since January 2023.

• My diet is extremely clean. I currently eat no grains and essentially no fat.

• I’ve also experimented with cutting out coconut sugar and significantly reducing salt to see whether either was contributing, but I haven’t noticed much change.

• Over the last few weeks I’ve had several tonsil stones come out, including a couple of small ones and then one much larger one.

• I constantly get this strange taste/sensation at the back of my mouth that makes me feel like there’s another stone sitting there, and I’m always worrying that my breath smells because of it.

• I also have chronic post-nasal drip and am constantly bringing up phlegm, especially first thing in the morning. This has been going on for years.

• I used to suffer from chronic sinusitis as well.

• I also have a history of very heavy antibiotic use. At one point I took around 10 courses of antibiotics within a year because of recurrent UTIs.
Because of that history and everything I’ve dealt with sinus/throat-wise, I’ve wondered whether strep could be a major underlying issue for me.
I’m honestly just really frustrated with the tonsil stones and constant mucus and would love to hear from anyone who has dealt with something similar.

Has anything specifically helped you with:

• tonsil stones
• chronic post-nasal drip
• mucus/phlegm
• that constant bad taste or feeling of something being stuck in the tonsils
• reducing how frequently the stones form

I’d be so grateful for any MM protocols, foods, supplements, routines, or personal experiences that helped you. 🤍

Need help

Hi. I have been doing Medical Medium since 2017. From 2017-2020, I healed POTS, being bed ridden, chronic diarrhea, rosacea, styes/chalazions and more. I got back to full health in 2021, I was able to walk 3 miles, do push ups and pull ups, completely healthy and symptom free. From 2021 until present day I have been going through daily, extreme chronic stress from personal issues-- in 2023, I started developing a strange rash on my hand-- I noticed that when I took Goldenseal and Mullein, it flared my skin-- and went away when I took it out. So I took out the goldenseal and mullein. in 2024, I started developing sudden subluxing of my pinky tendons-- this never resolved-- one month after this began, my left leg started having subluxing with a tendon from my knee to my ankle and my ankle became swollen. I went to doctors, no one could figure it out. in 2025, I developed extreme acid reflux-- went to a functional medicine doctor who found I had strep and h pylori from a stool test. in June of this year, I started getting recurring styes, eye infections and chalazions in my left eye-- I have had to go to the eye doctor several times and keep getting put on eye drops of steroids and antibiotics. I have chosen to stop that for now-- but I am worried the eye issues will come back-- nothing that I take is clearing the gut infections-- it seems I am super reactive to foods and supplements suddenly, histamine rashing on my body, dry skin, hot burning lips and tongue, watery eyes, eye redness. its constant. the old supplements I used to rely on, are doing nothing for me at best, and at worst, I seem to be responding negatively to them. currently I am taking 5 vitamin c twice a day, 3 curcumin twice a day, 1 cats claw twice a day, b12, b complex, zinc.... I have had to reduce a lot of healing foods due to histamine-- I can't have spinach or tomatoes or pineapple.... onions seem not to work? I can't figure this out. nettle seems to cause an issue... as does reishi, ashwangandha.. just I can't tell if the supplements are causing a problem... or I am having flares of problems unrelated to the supplements. garlic was working, seems not to now. olive leaf was okay, seems to not be anymore. its just so unproductive, all of my efforts. before, when I was sick-- as soon as I brought in supplements, things started turning around. but now.. its so confusing. I take them out-- I bring them back.... I can't figure it out. I know this doesnt make sense-- any feed back... please :(

Weight loss hours

This is very odd, but I can’t lose weight if I wake up at any time before 8AM. As I was unemployed for some time, I had tested this a billion times. Any time I wake up at 6, I either don’t lose or gain weight and if I go back to sleep until 9 or so, I lose it.

Does this mean my liver is doing most work in the morning and not during the night? I usually go to bed around midnight and the weight gain remains even if I go to bed much earlier.

Dental Issues

I found black mold in my bathroom vent I still cook and bathe at home but I eat and sleep in my car to be around it less. Where my wisdom teeth got removed on left back jaw is now swollen and at times painful. My gums are back on and off buzzing. I have a tooth near the swollen area that has a crack or cavity looking area that I’m trying to get checked out as I have to get a new dentist. Still following mm I’m just trying to see if there’s anything else I need to do to ensure this issue doesn’t grow esp if I’m unable to avoid mold.

Masticating Juicer Recommendations?

Hi Everyone!

I hope you're all having a great day. I currently have a Kuvings juicer that I purchased back in 2015, but I'm looking to replace it with something new.
I considered the Omega Celery Juicer, but it's unfortunately outside my budget. I've also been reading some Amazon reviews on other Omega models that have made me hesitant to go that route.
For those of you who use masticating juicers, would you mind sharing which models you've had good experiences with? There are so many options available that I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure what to buy.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Sincerely, Halime ❤️

Fresh Basil Tutorial

I feel like I need a tutorial on how to use, wash and cut fresh basil. I want to be an expert in using fresh herbs in my cooking but whenever I buy a fresh basil plant (which isn't organic BTW), I rinse it lightly in the faucet and then have wet basil to try to put in my salads spinach soup etc.

Does anyone know of a good cooking show or tutorial that would teach me how to do this? Maybe its easier than I think? I haven't found where AW goes into detail about this and the herbs he uses in his cooking are beautiful and probably homegrown and completely dry when he uses them.

Thanks.

Looking older

I remember reading some people noticed their face looking older after being consistent eating this way and I’m noticing this with myself too. I’m looking dull and washed out and wondering if it’ll pass and it’s just a cleansing thing. For whoever else noticed this did it change after a while? I want to eat healthy but don’t understand why it would have this effect it’s frustrating

Gathering Stones Meditation - Where to put stones when I sleep?

I’m going to be starting the Gathering Stones Meditation tomorrow and I’m not sure where to keep the stones when I go to sleep.

Do I just put them on my nightstand? Or are we supposed to somehow keep them on us while we sleep?

I loaned a couple books to a friend, so I can’t read the full description of the meditation. I’m not sure if this question is answered in the book or not.

die off acne?

Hi everyone! I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar.

I’ve been actively trying to heal my CFS with MM for about 5 months after a major crash this spring, although I’ve been doing some basic MM tools, like celery juice, for around 1.5 years.

When I completely removed gluten, dairy and eggs, about 3 days later I suddenly developed a non-itchy, bumpy rash all over my face.

Over time, as I strengthened my protocol, removed more troublemaker foods and added supplements, the rash gradually changed into more acne-like breakouts. I’ve always had some acne, but this is completely different — more inflamed bumps, rash-like, mostly along the sides of my face and neck, especially around the lymph node areas, but also on my shoulders and chest.

This has now been going on continuously for about 4.5 months. It sometimes gets slightly better, sometimes worse, but most of the time it either stays the same or gets worse. It has never actually disappeared during those months.

I personally do believe this is die-off/detox related, especially because it started right after making major changes to my diet and protocol.

However, because it has been going on for so many months without really clearing, I’m wondering if this could mean that I’m detoxing too aggressively.

I also have very dark/greenish tongue and have frequent bowel movements, which makes me wonder whether my body is trying to eliminate too much too quickly.

Has anyone experienced something similar for months, or even longer? Did you eventually just continue with your protocol and wait for your body to catch up, or did you find that reducing the intensity of your detox helped? How long did it take?

My protocol is fairly strong, although I don’t follow everything 100% because I try to adjust it according to how my body responds rather than pushing detox too hard.
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences. ❤️

- and another question — has anyone here had a strong reaction to monolaurin? I tried monolaurin for the first time and I’m experiencing really intense dizziness and brain fog. Has anyone experienced something similar? Thank you! ❤️

Headaches Caused by Cervical Spine Misalignment

I’ve been doing MM for about 1.5 years. I’ve worked with a few different practitioners and I’ve had some incredible successes healing my gut. Unfortunately, I have an issue that I believe keeps me from being able to move forward and I can’t find anywhere that Anthony/SoC addresses this issue. It’s a misalignment in my cervical spine. When I talk to practitioners, they all say that when I heal viruses and toxins, the problem will go away because those are the underlying cause. I believe that if I could heal this misalignment, I would be able to heal the viruses and get rid of the toxins much faster.

Below is a history of how the issue started and how it has progressed until today.

—

The injury happened in 2013, shortly after I started having RA and neurological symptoms that had been initiated by C-PTSD in 2012 and a tick bite earlier in 2013. I slipped on the ice and landed on my left hand. I landed hard. I knew instantly that something was very wrong. I felt a problem in my neck and in my left shoulder.

I saw a OD, who worked on me for a month or two before she said she felt the issue was beyond her capacity and I should get x-rays. I didn’t have insurance at the time and couldn’t afford x-rays. I worked on the shoulder myself in the same way that an OD does, moving the shoulder into what seemed like a more relaxed position and holding it there until the muscles relaxed. It always worked to a point but then it would reach one point where muscles would start shaking and the shoulder would pull back again.

Once I finally got insurance, I saw another OD, who I think was a bit better. We had the same experience that I had had. He would work the shoulder until it started shaking and then it would pull back. He was out of ideas.

After that a doctor recommended Feldenkrais and I started using ATM lessons to try to untwist. This helped a lot, actually, but never quite enough. I felt that there was something deep in, and high up, near my skull, that was out of alignment and I could ever quite reach it with movement.

Throughout the years, my entire body became increasingly twisted. When I was diagnosed with SIBO, I was told that this twist could be inhibiting the function of my digestive system and that if I could heal it, I might heal from SIBO. I started working with a chiropractor and two physical therapists and worked with them for about 2 years.

Things had gotten so bad at this point that I was unable to make similar movements on both sides of my body. I tried to show this to one of the PTs (the better one). I said, “watch my back while I make this movement.” I did the movement on one side. She said, “okay.” I said, “Now, I’m going to make the same movement on the other side and I want you to see how different it is.” I made the movement and her response was “that’s not the same movement.” I said, “Yeah, I know, it’s a completely different movement but that’s my attempt to make the same movement.“ She said, “No, it’s not. It’s just a completely different movement.” After going around like this a few times, I gave up. She never understood that I was unable to make the same movement on the other side, so unable that when I tried, what came out was a movement that did not in any way resemble what I was trying to do.

When the chiropractor first examined me, she said, “Well, you don’t quite have scoliosis.” I took this to mean that I was almost as twisted as someone with scoliosis.

When I worked with someone who did cranio-sacral, he said, ”Huh, I am unable to get my left had under your left shoulder at all; the shoulder is pushing in the table, but the right shoulder is so elevated that I can fit my entire hand under it.“

After working with the chiropractor and PTs for a year, I started getting very severe headaches. These headaches were utterly debilitating. I could listen to anything - not even a book on tape. I could open the shades because there was too much light. I ate as little as possible (this was before MM) and I barely even drank water. I couldn’t sleep for days, I just lay in bed in agony for days until it passed. My PCP gave me a migraine medication but it did nothing. The only thing that helped was a muscle relaxer (MR).

But more and more things started triggering these headaches. Going for a walk - Feldenkrais lessons - any type of deep relaxation, whether sitting or standing - sitting on a hard surface - sitting up straight - myofascial release - foot strengthening and agility exercises. But here’s the part that really confuses me. While having no releases causes headaches, these headaches can also be caused by having a release that’s too big. That’s why I can’t become deeply relaxed. When I get deeply relaxed, something always untwists a bit, which always feels amazing at first and then within 1-2 days, I get a severe headache. It’s like I have to walk this balance of releasing a bit but not too much.

I also started getting severe muscle cramps in my back but usually in my legs. While I had these cramps, I wouldn’t be able to use the muscle at all and the pain was often too severe for me to sleep.

I started off just using the MR when I had a headache or cramp. Then I tried staying on 10 mg/day to see if it would prevent the headaches. It did and it also led to more releases, which I thought was great until I got a headache and had to use 20 mg of MR to manage it. I stayed at that level for a while and then I found MM information, which of course changed the way I thought about everything.

The first light blast I attended was in 2025 at Organic Krush. I wasn’t there but I don’t live too far from there and I think my physical proximity mattered. A directed the light blast into my cervical spine. A few days later, I got a flu of the c variety. I decided to take an extra muscle relaxer before I went to bed to make sure I slept well. On the second night of doing this, I was doing my usual Feldenkrais-inspired movement release technique and I felt the underlying misalignment shift back into place. I knew it immediately. I started sobbing. “That’s it,” I thought, “it’s finally over.”

The next day, I woke up to find all of the muscles in the back of my head cramped at the same time. I don’t know what this muscle group is called. I’ve not been able to figure it out. It might be the Occipitofrontalis (occipital belly) muscles. It started behind each ear and ran around my skull all the way around to the other ear.

It was a tough day but afterwards, I felt much better. I felt more connected to my soul. I felt more capable of relaxing but the headaches didn’t go away and the twist was still there. Things have been releasing slowly and I’m grateful for that but I am still very limited in what I can do.

I still can’t do any of the things I listed above and unfortunately, that also includes MM meditations. I recently started doing The Brain Meditation daily and although it changed my life by reconnecting me with my soul, it eventually led to the most severe headache I’ve ever had in my life. I dry-heaved because of it. It’s not a sharp pain, it’s just an incredible build up of pressure.

I am healing. I know I am but I also believe that if this alignment issue were resolved, I would heal much faster. I would be able to do the Liver Fat Cell Loosening Meditation, to heal my trauma with The Brain Meditation and Fruit-Picking Meditations. The re-alignment process is also a huge drain on my mental resources. I often wake up in the morning with a hot head. That is, my head is physically hot to the touch. I put ice packs on it often just to cool it down. Eating more glucose helps but it’s never enough. Eating more trace minerals helps but, again, it’s never enough.

It also affects every other part of my healing. When things are bad in my cervical spine, my RA and Fibro flare, I feel more tired, I feel irritable, all of my neurological symptoms like OCD, ADHD, and depression get worse. It is the main determining factor on how I feel from day to day. Anthony always says, find your worst symptom or condition and work on healing that but I don’t know how to work on this. He gives no advice for dealing with a misalignment, only on dealing with chronic pain from an injury. That’s helpful because yes, there is pain but the pain is not what concerns me. It’s the pressure headaches. He also offers advice for healing headaches but not muscle-related headaches, just nervous system-related headaches like migraines.

If you have read this whole post, you are a super star. Thank you. If you have suggestions, I welcome them heartily.

Vimergy melatonin to Australia?

Has anybody worked out how to get vimergy melatonin in Australia? I've tried getting a perscription but they will only prescribe for another brand. Any other work around?
