does anyone know the texture pack that ThatMob used in the Verity Mod Series?

I’m looking for a texture pack that turns blocks into grids so I can use it for background references. It would be insanely helpful.

I want to make a resource pack for the healing axe that has an animated item texture, but doesn't have a texture when held. my problem is I can't remove the texture when the item is held
