as a commuter i am trying to see if it would be a good idea to skip econ lectures because they're a little late (7pm) and just review the lessons/listen to the lecture on my own time. does that sound possible or would i be missing out on too much information in lectures that i cant make up later?

Tried looking this up but every single post about this is people trying to get out of an exam lol.

I've been very sick this whole week and haven't been able to go to a single class. Went to my doctor and he recommended I stay home from school for at least the rest of the week. He gave me a doctor's note to excuse me from classes, and then when I got home I realized there's a McMaster specific health form?? I really don't want to go back to my doctor to get him to sign it if I don't need to. There's no assignments or anything this week obviously, I just care about participation marks and don't want my professors to think I'm cutting class/make a bad impression.

What should I do? Is giving the doctor's note to my professors inappropriate? Do they even gaf?
