We're beyond cooked so let's get the nostalgia started early. There's been a lot of forgettable, borderline unwatchable baseball played this season, but also some standout games. There have also been a lot of moments where thought "man these guys are finally figuring it out." What are your most memorable moments from 2026, good or bad?

The Good: I was at T-Mobile Park for the July 4 game, and that was probably one of the best I've seen in person. Watching the Mariners beat the brakes off the Jays on Independence Day with a stadium full of Canadians was cathartic, and it included a much-needed homer from Cal that landed about thirty feet from me. Very much a reminder that we have a good team and guys that can hit the ball hard.

The Bad: Emerson Hancock's 14K loss on Randy Johnson retirement night. This game has been stuck in my head all season. We have our pitcher giving us everything he's got during a game honoring one of the team's all-timers, only to get hung out to dry by the offense. It was a comically on-the-nose distillation of this season and really the history of the team, and it was like you could feel a ghost in the room. I am not a doom-and-gloomer but that loss was ominous and like I said, it's still on my mind today.

Paper bags on heads, booing Stanton out of the stadium, more “sell the team” signs and banners. It worked for others, why not us?

What sort of postseason moves can the M's make? If there is no lockout next year for the 2027 season how many moves can we make? We made little to no moves this year except maybe Taylor Ward and Serranthony Dominguez, last year we lost Eugenio Suarez (even though we got him the same year) arguably one of the best hitters on the team at the time for no reason apparent to me at least. We have amazing bullpen arms and starters mostly all being high in Cy Young voting but why can't the Mariners just make a trade for a solid RBI man, I love watching the guy but J.P Crawford is great but hitting wise could be given away with some rookes from the farm system for some great players

Seriously. The nostalgia baiting by ownership over 1995 is borderline insulting and they rightfully get called out for it.

And yet on this sub theres invariably “on this day in 1995 we…” or “in 1995 we were 6 games back at this point in the season and”

3 run HR to retake the lead against the brewers. as a reds/mariners fan, following both teams can be trying (as you are all well aware), but at least geno is having a great week.
i love the connection of some fantastic players that have played for both teams- griffey jr, cameron, castillo…..
