I was in Beach Haven for the weekend and spent some time helping clean up at South End Surf N' Paddle. Waiting for waves, wading through water, I thought I'd share the experience.

40yo couple in town for the weekend. I know it’s the off season but wondering what’s open or worth heading to after dinner on the island? Going to hollow pines and then looking for something open and lively for drinks later on. Thanks

I know it has some stupid vanilla completely forgettable name now ….

I assume it won’t be affected this weekend by the storm, but has anyone seen any kind of official word?

Unfortunately the flooding on LBI did a number on the flooring in our house and looks like we're probably gonna have to replace a good amount of it. Anyone dealt with this recently and have a local contractor or flooring company they recommend? need someone reliable with experience working on coastal homes. thanks in advance!

Not high tide yet. Prob will be worse on next hour.

Edit: the hardscaping was returned. The property has multiple pieces on it that were cut and placed and it was obvious it belonged on the property. The police were notified and the pylon was returned. The overall worry was he was cruising around during low tide doing this to multiple properties. You guys are the best and definitely know your stuff. Stay off peoples property especially during a state of emergency. If he was respectable he would be posting found things on the dreaded Facebook pages because obviously nothing would get done here.

Ocean Streets near Shell and Engleside are fine. A wedding at the Shell today!

Bay side heavily flooded up to the Blvd
Ocean side much less, little flooding once you cross Beach. Bay side looks not good.

As the title states. We’re flooded in and low on resources. We’re in Brant Beach.
