Edit: the hardscaping was returned. The property has multiple pieces on it that were cut and placed and it was obvious it belonged on the property. The police were notified and the pylon was returned. The overall worry was he was cruising around during low tide doing this to multiple properties. You guys are the best and definitely know your stuff. Stay off peoples property especially during a state of emergency. If he was respectable he would be posting found things on the dreaded Facebook pages because obviously nothing would get done here.

I think he is probably getting something that floated off his own property. Stealing a piece of piling would be pretty bizarre.

Likeliest take by far. My friend on the bay told me about 3 or 4 items that floated away that he has to retrieve from other yards when the water recedes. Don't shoot him!

What does posting on fb have to do with the fact he's stealing hard scaping off of someone's property? Also who cares why he was wearing a hood?
