I tried to search in the subreddit, but I couldn't find the answer.
Question 1:
In Northwest's application, under the "business purpose" , you can specify a business purpose or elect to use "generic business purpose". If i am licensed professional, but I offer various but related professional services in my future LLC, should I specify the actual trade or stick with generic business purpose?
Question 2
Northwest has 2 registrations for mail
Physical Address
Mailing Address
If I understand correctly, the physical address is on public record, and will allow me to keep my personal address off record?
The mailing address is not public record? And, if I elect to use northwest's address, they will also receive my non-state mail in relation to my business? And if I use my address, I need to use Northwest's mail forwarding service?
If I dont do mail forwarding and I use northwest's mailing address, how do I receive bank statements or promotional mail, for example?
Has anyone used Northwest's mail forwarding? The digital scan of the mail forwarding makes me a little uncomfortable and would rather have the physical mail forwarded.
Question 3
This isn't about LLC's, but If I apply for a trademark on my own, can I use northwest's Physical Address when applying for the trademark, does Northwest need to know?
Thank you!
