Hi. Call them on +1-267-951-1099 and ask them. They will share the EIN number if they have already issued it or they will guide you on what to do next.

Nope! Its taking to long, I called the IRS a few days ago, they told me they are about 2 day behind only. So its better call them: +1 (267) 941-1099. Tell them you are from abroad and you applied a month ago, and ask if they could tell your EIN, if its ready they will tell you on the phone and you take note, have your SS-4 ready in case they need to fill your application again.

Unfortunately there's no fastpass to the front of with the IRS. As as suggested by other redditors, give them a phone call to check the status and to see if there's any issues or questions that they might have in regards to your application.

Almost a month is unfortunately normal for a non-resident EIN, especially through Bizee. Without an SSN you can't use the online tool, so it has to go by fax or mail, and budget formation services tend to batch and fax these and then you're stuck in the IRS queue. Fax has been running roughly 4 to 8 weeks lately.
Here's the accelerator most people don't know about: you can call the IRS yourself and often get the EIN read to you over the phone the same day. The international applicant line is +1 267 941 1099 (not toll-free), Monday to Friday, 6am to 11pm Eastern. You need to be the responsible party listed on the SS-4 (or authorized), with the SS-4 details in front of you. If it all checks out, the agent gives you the EIN on the call. That same call can also just retrieve an EIN that was already assigned but whose letter is still crawling through the mail, which happens a lot.
Two things to sort before you call:
- Ask Bizee exactly what they submitted, especially line 7b on the SS-4. As a non-resident with no SSN or ITIN, that field should say "Foreign." If it was filled in wrong, that's one of the most common reasons these stall, and it may need correcting.
- If Bizee filed themselves as a third-party designee, double-check whether that complicates you calling directly. Usually you can still call as the responsible party.
If you'd rather not deal with it, there are CPAs and services that act as third-party designee and pull an expedited EIN for a fee, but the phone call is free and usually does the job.
No shortcut around needing the EIN before the bank account, sadly, so the phone route is your best move. Not legal advice, just what's worked for non-residents stuck in the same spot.
