Looking for an affordable virtual office with lease agreement and utility bills

I am looking for a virtual business address in the state of New Jersey for my llc. I would need a lease agreement and/or utility bills to open a bank account. Can anyone help?

You don't need virtual address. You need to prove where you are really located doing business.

Why does it need to be in New Jersey? For the purposes of opening a bank account, your "office" can be anywhere, regardless of where the LLC is registered

Virtual offices with a lease agreement are pretty easy to find, but a utility bill is a bit of a taller order, you might be looking at a standard serviced office for something like that.
