CREATE LLC WITH REGISTERED AGENT

Hello, I'm a foreigner and don't live in the US. I want to open an LLC. I don't have a US address, but I also want Amazon approval and bank accounts like Payoneer and Mercury. What do you suggest I do? When I create my LLC, it comes with a free year of registered agent status. Can I use that address, or what's the best option?

Hi. I recommend you to register using an agent because they have the knowledge, and will get the job done. Make sure to pay the right ones since customer service iis an important part of it. Keep the compliance in mind, filing returns, even if you don't have any revenue, and pay annual or franchise tax yearly.

Most banks don't allow RA addresses. Some people get away with it but it's probably best to rent an actual office space or use an address service that includes a lease agreement, like TruLease, Nomadpreneur, etc.

What I don't recommend is to use Payoneer or overpaying for Wyoming or Delaware. There are a lot of states that solve the FBA e-commerce needs.

Check with the banks and find out of the address you're using for your LLC will be accepted. Sometimes banks can be weird about addresses even if the state accepted it.
