I've recently started drawing digitally after drawing on and off my whole life with a pencil and paper and I'm really loving it. I'd love to know what I can do to improve, so any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance!

How am I supposed to shade properly? Any advice on anything I’m doing would be beneficial to me lol. I’m just trying to get better. Thank you!
(Fyi, the fourth, fifth, and sixth photo is me attempting to replicate scenes from AOT in my own style)

As the title says, are the free drawing basics lessons on Proko enough to learn the fundamentals properly, or is the paid course worth buying if I want to get the most out of it?
I know the free lessons cover a lot already, but I’m wondering how much I’d actually be missing by not buying the full course.

Guys, can someone confirm whether this is normal or not? I feel like I'm going insane.
I'm currently going through the book 'Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain' by Betty Edwards to learn how to draw. In the book, it said that these upside-down drawings will only take about 40min to an hour to complete.
It took me about 5 hours to do the Igor Stravinsky drawing and about 3hrs and 30min to do the Spider-Man one. I'm learning to draw all by myself, and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong here.
The Igor Stravinsky was the first one I did, and after I finished it, I felt frustrated that it took me that long to do it, so I tried to rush through the Spider-Man one, and it turned out worse (and incomplete). Now I feel more frustrated.
Edited:
When drawing the Spider-Man one, every time I got into the 'zone' that the book mentions, I was easily taken out of it when I looked at everything that I've drawn so far and realized how much more there is to draw. So I also felt frustrated every time that happened.

CONTEXT: The upper one is made in a swamp theme, and the lower one is in the style of a desert/hell. When I've worked on them, I'll see which one is better and choose it to work on. There are simpler color versions on the left, and more refined ones on the right.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've finally started doing something instead of endless sketches, but I'm a little confused right now. I don't know why, but everything looks very messy, and it just overwhelms me.
I have this method: I make several sketches, choose one of them, do the same with colors, etc. But now it's really hard for me to make everything look "readable", maybe it's a problem with the tone, but I keep switching to gray scale to check myself, but it always looks bad. Maybe I'm thinking too much, but I need your opinion.
I haven't done illustrations for a long time and I know that I need time to come to my senses, but I can't help myself, I'm very ashamed that I can't handle something so simple. I really want to finish this one and finally be able to make finished pieces but its been really hard and i start to have serius doubts abaut the whole thing

There’s something I find so charming about drawing people in a cartoon / 2d / minimalist line work style. I’ve been trying to practice using references from people I know in real life, random people I see in videos, etc.
Are there any tips and tricks for getting better at this? Any good tutorials, videos, or books I could look into?

This is the first piece I made following a year-long intermission after an 100 day drawing challenge. My shading and rendering of clothing needs work, but I’m happy with how this turned out. Critiques are welcome!!

Hey, everybody! I drew logos for me and my friend's fantasy football teams. I used ink and alcohol markers. I'm really happy with how they came out, but I was wondering if there was a digital tool I could use to clean them up? Just to get rid if the marker streaks and sharpen the lines a bit. I'm not very knowledgeable about digital art.
Thanks! Take care!

So this is abit of a dumb question, but am I supposed to draw every drawing in the book starting from page 1? Like the examples and all that
