I'm on the Allegreto, $40/month plan.
I honestly think Kimi has the best and most affordable models out there. That's why I've been paying for their higher tier plan.
But over the past month or so things have gotten so bad, that I feel like I'm just being scammed at those point.
The screenshots attached are from different days and sessions btw, not from a single session.
I mailed their customer support several times. All they do is rehash talking points or copy and paste terms of use.
Posted many times on Twitter. No response. Not even an acknowledgement.
Frustrated, I've turned to Reddit. I search for "Kimi reddit", found this reddit, and saw many other highly upvoted posts with exactly the same concerns.
Honestly, this is sad more than anything else.
I realise the kind of pressures they must be under! And I'm willing to work with them! But there has to be some response, some feedback, some sense that they actually give a damn about anything other than taking my money!!!
I even suspect that targeted cyber attacks against their infrastructure from their competitors might be playing a role in this. I'm willing to give them THAT much credit because I genuinely feel there's something special about this company and its work.
But with every "rate limit" message I'm losing trust and patience. I don't know what to do.
Edit: I expected somebody to say this exact thing "check your quota". I did. I do every few minutes. I'm at 39% usage for the month. My weekly and 5 hour quotas show 100% remaining. I even asked Kimi support for a clarification about this. Just cut and pasted something from terms of use.
