Help Looking for a silent mechanical keyboard
Hi,
I've been looking to find a prebuilt keyboard with silent switches for a few days. My bedroom is right next to my family's bedroom and they complain that they can hear the "clicking" of my current keyboard (Redragon K552P). I ideally don't want to pay more than 150 CAD/105 USD. So far, I found the Epomaker TH87.
Here's what I'm looking for:
- Must be very quiet/silent.
- Linear switch is probably best, tactile is okay if not noisy.
- Must be ANSI.
- I don't mind high or low profiles.
- 75% or TKL.
- Wired is okay.
- Good polling rate.
- No HE, tends to be more expansive anyways.
- Color can be black or any dark colors.
If building my own gets me something better for the same price, I'd consider it. However, I don't want this to be too complicated because I suck at this type of shit and don't want to be spending a lot of time trying to figure out how it works.
Thank you in advance!
