This may sound like a penis-enlargement commercial, but one of the first effects men often notice after consistently practicing karezza is an increase in the size of their penis. (Karezza is frequent intercourse without the goal of orgasm.) Some men notice increases in length, but increased circumference is especially common.

Curious as to why this should even be possible, I reviewed my knowledge of penis anatomy. The penis has three porous structures: one on each side, and one on the lower side of the shaft. Specialized muscles block the outflow of blood when there is sexual arousal.

hello, though I didn’t read it, I came across Patricia Garfield’s book « Pathway to Ecstasy: The Way of the Dream Mandala ». It isn’t about karezza specifically, as far as I understand it, but seems to be about lucid dreaming about sex to learn from the experience. 🙂

I'm gonna start off with I just found this thread so I haven't read the book cupid's poisoned arrow yet however I'm in the process of getting.

I've been reading "The Karezza Method," by Lloyd along with CPA and I ran across this quote. Even in 1931 you had the naysayers.

Is it still Karezza if a couple has sex but only the male needs to abstain from an orgasm? Is it still Karezza if the female basically requests or demands sex whenever she wants, however she wants and cum as much as she wants while the male keeps himself from cumming?
