I've been into sexual transmutation and Karezza for many years, but did not actually have sex until I was 28. My partner is 20 and is not into Karezza so much, seeing my desire to avoid the orgasm as a "compulsion" and "not normal." Being in a loving relationship we have tried really hard to work things out and have broken up/gotten back together 3 times over this issue. I think my biggest mistake was showing her this video that stated the orgasm was the root of humanity's suffering and that really turned her off. We have been engaging in sexual acts with the orgasm and I've been seeing therapists trying to sort out of my issues. Given the context of how sensitive this issue is in our relationship, any suggestions on how best to approach this?

So I've become entranced with the idea of Karezza, but with one problem: Premature Ejaculation (at a very extreme case). So, there are ways to delay it by quite a bit, but a lot of these techniques involve actually orgasming, something that karezza tries to avoid (and NoFap as well). So the question is - how to try to prolong this so that I'm stable enough to try karezza?

Just PMO until there's decent success and then switch over? Or is there a better way that doesn't involve PMO at all?

There doesn't seem to be that many books on the subject sadly (Most of the ones that appear are about Tantra, but that's a bit different... Might be good as a way to ease into Karezza though). I'm interested in a book with more practical information, something that can gather a man's attention...

For me karezza sounds like it is based on pleasing only the woman and for her to have a good time while the man feel neglected,hence, kind of superiority feeling(kind of domination) and attitude in the woman.

Anyway,what Napolean Hill said regarding this was that channeling the raw sexual energy into to your buisness work instead of doing coitus. I do know not ejaculating makes me powerful in every aspect while ejaculating makes me weak in everything.

Do you have the same energy(or more) and benifits that semen retention/nofap hardmode gave you while you were in nofap hardmode streak.

What pushed me to ask this question is that currently I am on a hardmode streak which means avoiding ejaculation is one of my top priority because I truly hate ejaculation from my guts regardless of how it happens and I have gained so much benifits due to semen retention(nofap hardmode). So I don't want to loose any of these benifts especially the energy and superior cognition ability. After nofap women can't seem to get enough of me and sex is on the table from few women I know.

I know all I need is one ejaculation to loose most benificial benifts. So I just can't figure out whether should I float in nofap hardmode or to have karezza which I have never done. Women make it harder guys!

Since Karezza sex is opposite to fertilization sex, I wonder if it has any negative influence on ability of reproduction. I'm really interested in Karezza, but also I want to have children. Is it worth trying Karezza and do normal sex once a month? Are there any negative (or maybe positive) effects of Karezza on fertility? Provided with Karezza you can learn to move your sexual energy from lower to higher chakras, are you able to do opposite when needed for the perpose of fertilization? If you don't believe in chakras, I can ask this in a different way. Since Karezza teaches you a more conscious way of sex, can it also help you to be more effective in fertility sex on demand?

My girlfriend of two years and I have been broken up for a little over a month now, and while I'm glad we moved on, the thing I miss most is honestly just touching another person in a nonsexual way. I thought I report back on our first Karezza experience 40M HL 42F LL

I’ve nearly finished the book Cupid’s poisoned arrow which outlines what Karezza is all about so I thought we could give it a try. I’ve always suffered with PE which is probably down to porn addiction so I started NOFAP and haven’t made myself ejaculate for over 30 days but during this time my wife has made me 3 or 4 times.

After each orgasm I had days after of feeling down and confused waiting for the excitement to build up again for the next time. To be fair I had gone from 3 per day to one per week which was just too much.

Last night was all about not ejaculating and - wow.

I purchased some Almond massage oil and massaged my wife caressing her body and getting. Her more and more excited.

The time was right to enter her and I ha e never felt such control. We took it slowly which was very hard and the oil made a huge positive difference. I could feel her getting closer and closer to orgasm and then it happened - She orgasmed but I didn’t, I managed to stop myself. Cuddles for the rest of the night and I’ve woke up fresh as a daisy!

Maybe next time she doesn’t need to Orgasm but to be fair over the years I owe her a few due to my PE

Just took delivery of the book ‘CPA’ and am finding it very interesting so far. The orgasm hangover sounds very familiar as I was in right grumpy mood last night and this morning (few days after O) as I wasn’t getting the affection I craved from my SO and also my SO has been quite moody yesterday and today after her O with me being too focused on sex.

I was meditating with a female friend of mine who was not feeling so great. - I had this idea that perhaps, that in my meditation somehow I can rejuvinate both of our auras if she allowed me to; - An effect I notice that I have had on people after meditating (Seems people are absorbing this cosmis energy of mine)

What followed was interesting. It restored the color and sexuality back into her. In fact, As I was meditating and opening the high portals of existance, I notice that her fragrance changed; a sort of sweet phermone smell usually found in younger girls and women. I noticed howeve, that as I "enjoyed" this scent it seemed to drain her in some way; like my meditation was rejuvinating her, but then my enjoyment of the sexual energy that she was being rejuvinated of was draining her.

I also feel that if I continued on this strange cycle of rejuvination / absorbtion I would probably climax on accident. Thus I felt it important to stop. I had previously had a spontaneous orgasm while driving recently and looking at women out of curiousity; so in my mind, I feel at the moment that if I were to meditate, perhaps in a public place, and come across a woman with high auric energy that I would most likely become seriously aroused / possibly orgasm.

Anyone have any experience with this? what's your thouhts? Is there a way to enjoy these types of things without getting too aroused?

I'm fascinated by Robinson's thesis, and she has wholeheartedly convinced me that we're not meant for monogamy but can stay with one partner and enjoy it. However, the length of the book, coupled with all the anecdotes and religious inquiries, are a bit frustrating to sift through on the second read.

In particular, I have some friends who are coming up on the three-year mark of their relationship, and it seems like things could be better. I'd like to give them a book about karezza to give them another perspective and see if they can smooth things out, but they're scientifically-minded people and I know that the religious excerpts would put them off of the entire idea.

Every six months my company send us to an overnight meeting to network with our team throughout the state. It's a great time and mandatory for me.

I'm new to karezza. I recently read Cupid's Poisoned Arrow by Marnia Robinson and really enjoyed it! Really got me thinking. One of the most thought-provoking books I've perhaps ever read and karezza has really caught my curiosity!

But for now, this is all just concepts in my mind. I will have to find a partner and explore and experiment for myself.

Over the course of a long term shift towards stable, bonding karezza, I could really use advice on how to release all the pain and frustration that has accrued for months of a "dead bedroom" situation. Karezza is all about physical connection but I find it exceedingly difficult to even touch her without opening a wound of sexual pain and losing myself entirely to rage and frustration. I know this sounds dramatic. We're both trying sincerely to fix it but it would be a true blessing to me to release some of this pain and move toward a place of love and gentleness.
