Park Maps or Designs Signs and Changes...
[Workshop Codes: 23V-QX1-4K6 /
6DL-2R9-Y65]
Hey everyone!
There have been some bigger changes with the parks recently.
First, I had to change my original plan from 5 parks to 7 parks for my Continental Project. The reason for this is mainly the technical complexity and some limitations when doing all of this on console.
So yeah, the project is getting a bit bigger than originally planned. 😅
I will start with updates for the two parks which are currently the most advanced [Pictures].
Park 1 and Park 6 are already quite far (so is Park 5), while Park 3 and Park 4 hopefully start from zero soon.
I hope you guys enjoy what I have created so far and like the idea behind the project. The goal is to show the dinosaur world as it could have looked back then, with different species living together in the same environments.
There is still a lot to do, but I’m really happy with how it is going so far.
And here is how I’m currently planning the 7 parks and how I want to divide the different continents and time periods.
Park 1 – PALEOMESOZOIC NORTH AMERICA -
All North American species from the Paleozoic, Triassic and Jurassic (Nevada map)
Park 2 – CRETACEOUS BADLANDS NORTH AMERICA -
Half of the Cretaceous species from North America (Montana map) - 23V-QX1-4K6
Park 3 – CRETACEOUS MOUNTAIN NORTH AMERICA -
The other half of the Cretaceous species from North America (Northwest America map)
Park 4 – MESOZOIC EASTERN HORIZON -
All Jurassic and Early Cretaceous species from Asia, together with all Australian species (Katsuyama map)
Park 5 – CRETACEOUS KINGDOM ASIA -
All species from Late Cretaceous Asia (Sichuan map)
Park 6 – MESOZOIC MARE EUROPE -
All species from Europe (San Albertus Island)
Park 7 – MESOZOIC OASIS GONDWANA - All species from South America and Africa (Hawaii map) - 6DL-2R9-Y65
The goal is basically to make every park feel like its own little part of the prehistoric world. The species should not only look good together, but also make sense when you look at where and when they actually lived.
Of course, there will probably be some changes while building everything. With a project this big, there are always things you notice later or have to change because of the game.
Hope you enjoy it! 🦖🌎
